The present invention is directed to a hand-held circular saw with an integrated dust collection system. Such saw may include an upper blade guard for protecting the user from a saw blade, the upper blade guard configured with a front region and a back region, the front region including a hollow channel to control the pathway of dust and debris and a dust collection system incorporated within the front region of the upper blade guard allowing dust and debris to be directed away from the user.

An air filtration unit for use in a work environment includes a housing disposed with an air filtration system and light source. The housing includes a handle and corner caps to prevent damage and provide stability. The air filtration system draws air into the housing, via a blower, through a first and second inlet gate, the air is at least partially filtered by a first and second filter assembly, which provide a two stage filtering, and then the at least partially filtered air is blown through an exhaust conduit back out into the work environment.

A downdraft table includes an enclosure connected to a downdraft mat member that provides a work surface, a support apparatus, and a conduit member capable of providing dust collection to the work surface. The downdraft mat includes a plurality of through points and is disposed upon a top surface of the enclosure. The conduit member includes one or more connection portals enabling a vacuum device to be connected to the conduit member and provide dust collection to the work surface.

A cabinet for supporting a platform for a power tool has a body constructed with three or more substantially vertical surfaces. One of the surfaces allows insertion of a removable dustbin. The removable dustbin may have a handle or recess to aid in insertion and removal and may have a window. One of the surfaces allows access to storage compartments, such as a blade/dado storage compartment, an inserts compartment, and a storage shelf compartment.

A dust collection cabinet is provided, which includes a cabinet and a dust collection device. The cabinet provides a storage facility for work tools and other accessories. The dust collection device includes a housing disposed with a motor, an on/off switch, an inlet gate and an outlet gate. The dust collection device further includes a storage facility for the collected dust and a support apparatus. A platform provides the base of the dust collection cabinet and includes casters to provide portability to the dust collection cabinet.

A downdraft dust collector includes a work table disposed with two outfeed support mechanisms, a dust collection system and a platform upon which a support apparatus and the dust collection system are disposed. The platform is disposed with locking base casters. The support apparatus connects to the work table and the platform providing a vertical adjustment system to the work table. A storage cabinet is disposed on the platform and houses the dust collection system.
