The apparatus () includes a horizontally supported transport drum (), spaced-apart endless belts () that revolve around rollers (to) and are partially wrapped around the transport drum () such that an infeed () and an outlet () are formed and the cardboard cuttings () are pressed against and conveyed on the drum. Groove cutting tools () are arranged between the belts ().
