The invention is a holding device for a suction gripper or for another interface member on a base of a vacuum handling apparatus, wherein the holding device is designed for detachable and preferably tool-free attachment of the suction gripper to the base and has a first direction and a second direction orthogonal thereto.

A surface area vacuum gripper having a housing with suction openings for sucking a workpiece to be gripped, at least one cover plate that seals the end face of the housing, an insertion element that can be inserted into the housing, wherein the insertion element can be fixed at the cover plate and comprises at least one opening which is flow-connected with the suction openings in the housing, the cover plate comprising a compressed air inlet. The insertion element comprises a functional device for controlling a flow through the opening of the insert.

Area vacuum gripper

The invention relates to a surface area vacuum gripper for sucking and handling workpieces, comprising a housing, in which a negative pressure chamber is provided that can be subjected to negative pressure and wherein the housing comprises on the suction side, facing the workpiece, suction openings having a suction cross-section, wherein a flexible lining is associated to this suction side, which is applied to the workpiece. A film is interposed between the suction side of the housing and the flexible lining. The film includes flow openings which are locally corresponding to the suction openings, wherein the flow resistance of the suction openings is adjustable via the flow cross-section of the flow openings of the film.

Vacuum gripper with a replaceable film

A surface area vacuum gripper for sucking and handling workpieces, comprising a housing, in which a negative pressure vacuum chamber is provided that can be subjected to negative pressure and wherein the housing includes suction openings on the suction side, facing the workpiece. An insertion element is provided in the housing, which reduces the free inner space of the housing and includes vacuum channels fed by a vacuum generator. The insertion element can be equipped with a plurality of optional functions.

The invention concerns an underpressure surface gripping device with an extruded profile having a hollow chamber, a vacuum plate which is mounted parallel to the extruded profile, at least one flow through opening which connects the extruded profile to the vacuum plate, and with an ejector as a vacuum generator, wherein the ejector is inserted into the hollow chamber of the extruded profile and the suction opening of the ejector communicates with the flow through opening.

The invention concerns an underpressure valve with a multi-part housing and a disc-like closing body which has at least one opening, and with an opening-free section disposed in alignment with the flow channel of the housing.
