A flange connection set includes a modified compact flange, having a channel for external-internal seal tests, coupled to a connecting component, and coupled between the compact flange and the connecting component, there is a KX sealing ring with a radius closer to the radius of the conduit. Different types of keys provide the flange connection the ability to withstand high shear and torsional loads without affecting its operation, while also resisting high bending moment loads and preserving the integrity of the sealing ring and the fasteners.

A subsea equipment includes two manifolds for fluid import and export from oil wells. The first and second manifolds are arranged in parallel and are interconnected by a jumper. The first manifold includes all equipment for field flow control, such as, for example, selection valves, actuators or robot for remote operations and mandrels for connection to the Christmas trees. The second manifold includes only block valves and mandrels for future interconnection or interconnection to the first manifold.

Equipment for connection of subsea lines

The present invention refers to a shared actuation system to place tools on any subsea valve interface on an oil production station located in a subsea structure, such as a manifold. The system comprises a connection device for connection to the subsea structure, attached to the connection device at least one structural element, all connected to each other through rotary joints, providing at least two degrees of freedom for a distal end of the structure elements where an actuation tool is positioned, for interaction with the valve interfaces on the subsea structure, where the structural elements further is connected to a sail element.

Shared actuation system

Equipment for connection of subsea pipelines for oil and gas fields includes one machined block manifold having at least one fluid import spindle of side input, one stop valves set provided on a surface of machined block manifold, which also receives a header and branches, a point for line support and device for subsea installation, subsea line or pipeline. This set is installed on a foundation frame in sea soil and will be part of an oil drilling system.

Equipment for connection of subsea pipelines in block architecture and oil drilling system

A system includes a manifold and a shared valve actuation system that is operatively coupled to the manifold at a single location. The manifold is comprised of a block with at least one drilled header hole formed within the block, a plurality of drilled flow inlet holes formed within the block, wherein the number of drilled flow inlet holes corresponds to the number of external flow lines that supply fluid to the manifold, and a plurality of isolation valves coupled to the block, the valve element for each of the isolation valves positioned within the block. The system includes an arm that rotates about an axis that is normal to an upper surface of the block of the manifold, a plurality of structural elements that are coupled to one another via rotary joints, and a tool that engages and actuates one of the plurality of isolation valves.
