Provided are a maintenance-free gas density relay and a mutual check method therefor. The maintenance-free gas density relay includes a gas density relay body and first gas density detection sensors which are in communication on gas paths, and an intelligent control unit connected to the gas density relay body and the first gas density detection sensors separately, where the intelligent control unit compares and checks a first pressure value and a second pressure value acquired at the same gas pressure, and/or compares and checks a first temperature value and a second temperature value acquired at the same gas temperature, or compares and checks a first density value and a second density value acquired at the same gas density, and can further upload received data to a background for data comparison by the background. The present disclosure further completes online self-check or mutual check of the gas density relay while being used for monitoring gas density of a gas-insulated or arc-control electrical apparatus, thereby improving efficiency, avoiding maintenance, reducing cost, and ensuring safe operation of a power grid.

Maintenance-free gas density relay and cross-checking method therefor

The invention discloses a field detection device and system for achieving no maintenance of a gas density relay. The field detection device comprises a temperature adjusting mechanism and an intelligent control unit, wherein rise and fall of the temperature of the temperature adjusting mechanism are controlled by the intelligent control unit, thereby making the temperature of a temperature compensation component of the density relay rise and fall to complete the field detection of the gas density relay, and no maintainer is needed to operate on site, which achieves no maintenance of the gas density relay, and greatly improves the efficiency and reliable and safe running of power grids. The invention further provides a field detection method for supporting normal running of the field detection device above.

Field detection device, system and method for achieving no maintenance of gas density relay

The modification method for the gas density relay, the gas density relay with the online self-check function and the check method thereof provided by this application are used for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment, including a gas density relay body, a gas density detection sensor, a temperature regulating mechanism, an online check contact signal sampling unit and an intelligent control unit. Regulate temperature rise and fall of the temperature compensation element of the gas density relay body through the temperature regulating mechanism, which leads to a contact action of the gas density relay body, the contact action is transferred to the intelligent control unit through the online check contact signal sampling unit, and the intelligent control unit detects the operating value and/or return value of the contact signal of the gas density relay body based on the density value at the time of contact action. The gas density relay check can be completed without maintainer at the site, so as to realize free maintenance, greatly improve the reliability of power grid, increase work efficiency and reduce the cost.

Method for modifying gas density relay, and gas density relay having online self-checking function and checking method therefor

The application provides an electrical system with online sampling and check function and its check method for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment, including electrical equipment, gas density relay, gas density sensor, temperature regulation mechanism, online check contact signal sampling unit and intelligent control unit. The temperature rise and fall of the temperature compensation element of the gas density relay is regulated through the temperature regulation mechanism to enable the contact action of the gas density relay of electrical equipment. The contact action is transmitted to the intelligent control unit through the online check contact signal sampling unit. The intelligent control unit detects the alarm and/or blocking contact signal operating value and/or return value according to the density value of the contact action; the check of the gas density relay can be completed without maintenance personnel on site, which greatly improves the reliability of the power grid and the work efficiency, and reduces the O&M cost. At the same time, it also realizes the mutual self-inspection between gas density relay and gas density sensor, and further realizes the maintenance-free.

Electrical system with on-line sampling verification function and verification method thereof

A gas density relay check device and a check method thereof are provided. In check, a temperature adjusting mechanism and a gas density relay are relatively set. Temperature rise and fall of a temperature compensation element of the gas density relay is adjusted through the temperature adjusting mechanism, then the gas density relay is enabled to have a contact signal action. A gas density value is obtained according to the pressure value and the temperature value in the contact action. A contact signal operating value of the gas density relay is detected to check on the contact signal operating value of the gas density relay. The gas density relay check device of the present disclosure is capable of accurately checking gas density relays, and is particularly applicable to a gas density relay without a three-way valve, and check can be achieved without disassembling the gas density relay.
