Container image tooling storage migration is generally described. In some examples, a first pull operation for a first container image may be performed. The first container image may be generated using a first container management tool. In various cases, a first binary representation of the first container image may be read. The first binary representation may be associated with the first container management tool. In some examples, a second binary representation of the first container image that corresponds to a second container management tool may be received. In various cases, a first container may be executed by the second container management tool using the second binary representation.

A quantum computing device determines quantum characteristics of a quantum computing system, wherein the quantum characteristics comprise properties of qubits of the quantum computing system. The quantum computing device stores in a time series database information containing the quantum characteristics of the quantum computing system. The quantum computing device categorizes the information in the time series database, wherein the categorized information is associated with the qubits. The quantum computing device obtains from the time series database via an application programming interface (API) the categorized information. The quantum computing device presents on a display device real-time information about the quantum computing system based on the categorized information.

Generating validated quantum function invocations is disclosed herein. In one example, a processor device of a first quantum computing device receives, from a second quantum computing device, a first indication of a quantum function provided by the second quantum computing device and a second indication of the second quantum computing device's current ability to provide the quantum function. The processor device generates a service definition file based on the first indication and the second indication, wherein the service definition file comprises a quantum instruction sequence for invoking the quantum function of the second quantum computing device. The processor device next executes the service definition file using a quantum simulator, and determines, based on the executing, that the quantum instruction sequence is valid. The processor device then stores the quantum instruction sequence as a validated quantum function invocation.

Optimizing route modification using a quantum generated route repository is provided herein. In particular, a classical computing system determines an initial route optimization request comprising at least one initial constraint. The at least one initial constraint includes a starting location and an ending location for a desired route. The classical computing system determines a plurality of initial optimized routes from a plurality of routes based on the at least one initial constraint. The plurality of routes are generated by a quantum computing system. The classical computing system determines a modified route optimization request. The modified route optimization request includes at least one modified constraint. The classical computing system determines a plurality of modified optimized routes from the plurality of routes based on the at least one modified constraint. The plurality of routes are previously generated by the quantum computing system.

Optimizing route modification using quantum generated route repository

Performing automatic qubit relocation is disclosed herein. A processor device of a first quantum computing device receives a system stress indicator from a system monitor that tracks a status of the first quantum computing device and/or a status of qubits maintained by the first quantum computing device. A relocation rule is applied to the system stress indicator to determine whether one or more qubits located at the first quantum computing device are to be relocated. If so, the one or more qubits are relocated from the first quantum computing device to a second quantum computing device (e.g., by physically transporting the qubits via a quantum channel, or by teleporting the qubits using pairs of entangled qubits, as non-limiting examples). The processor device also updates qubit registry records for the one or more qubits to indicate that the one or more qubits have been relocated.

Performing automatic qubit relocation

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide techniques for implementing a qubit registry that is enhanced to gate the allocation of qubits using a contract (e.g., a smart contract). The qubit registry may obtain quantum system metadata indicating a current capability of a quantum machine comprising a plurality of qubits and generate one or more contracts based on the quantum system metadata. Each of the one or more contracts include service criteria and usage restrictions. In response to receiving a request from a service to allocate a set of qubits of the plurality of qubits to the service, the qubit registry may compare the service to a first contract of the one or more contracts. In response to determining that the service meets the service criteria of the first contract, allocating the set of qubits to the service with the usage restrictions of the first contract.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for generating delta-difference on an on-demand basis. A delta-difference generation service receives, from each of one or more of a plurality of nodes, a list of packages for which the node wishes to subscribe to the delta-difference generation service. Each of the one or more nodes may include in their list those packages that may benefit the most from use of the delta-difference generation service have based on a variety of factors such as package update frequency and resource availability of the node. In response to receiving an updated version of a package included in a list received from any of the one or more nodes, a delta-difference between a current version and the updated version of the package may be generated and transmitted to each of the one or more nodes that included the package in their respective list.

Quantum process duplication is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a processor device receives a request to duplicate a first quantum process that is associated with a first one or more qubits. The processor device obtains metadata associated with the first quantum process and its qubits, wherein the metadata includes an identifier of the first quantum process and an identifier of each of the first one or more qubits. The processor device then duplicates the first quantum process as a second quantum process. Finally, the quantum process manager associates a second one or more qubits with the second quantum process (e.g., by associating the first one or more qubits with the second quantum process as the second one or more qubits, or by allocating a new set of one or more qubits for the second quantum process as the second one or more qubits, as non-limiting examples).

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to migrating data from the cloud to on-premises storage. More specifically, a processing device obtains an indication of a plurality of cloud storage resources associated with a plurality of cloud storage providers and a plurality of geographic regions. The processing device migrates the plurality of cloud storage resources to on-premises storage based on the on-premises file structure.

Access requests for policy-based access control systems can be managed according to some examples. In one example, a system can receive, from a client device, a first access request for accessing a particular resource. The system can determine a first response approving or denying the first access request based on an access control policy. The system can store a data entry indicating the first response to the first access request. The system can set a flag to indicate that a future access request for the particular resource is to be handled using the data entry. Subsequent to setting the flag, the system can receive a second access request from the client device for accessing the particular resource. Based on determining that the flag is set, the system can determine a second response to the second access request based on the data entry rather than the access control policy.

For each of a set of applications identified as critical to the functioning of a computing environment, a corresponding unikernel may be generated, the unikernel including code of the application and kernel functionality. In response to determining that an interference event is affecting a first application of the set of applications, it is determined whether the interference event is unsustainable. In response to determining that the interference event is unsustainable, the unikernel corresponding to the first application is initiated and a failover from the first application to the unikernel corresponding to the first application is performed.

Correcting quantum errors based on quantum error correction caches (QECCs) is disclosed herein. In one example, a processor device of a quantum computing device is to receive an indication of an occurrence of a quantum error that affects a qubit. The processor device identifies a QECC entry within a plurality of QECC entries of a first QECC of the quantum computing device, wherein the QECC entry corresponds to a previous occurrence of the quantum error. The processor device obtains metadata associated with the previous occurrence of the first quantum error from the QECC entry, and determines a corrective action based on the metadata. The processor device performs the corrective action to remedy the quantum error.
