A method of manufacturing a display panel includes fabricating a display portion on a glass substrate; adhering a protection film on the glass substrate outside the display portion, and the protection film having an opening accommodating the display portion; forming an encapsulation film on the protection film and the display portion; and obtaining a panel area by removing the protection film and the encapsulation film outside a predetermined limited area on the glass substrate. The predetermined limited area corresponds to the display portion.

A method of manufacturing a display panel includes fabricating a display portion on a glass substrate; forming a barrier layer on the glass substrate outside the display portion; forming an encapsulation film on the barrier layer and the display portion; and obtaining a panel area by removing the barrier layer and the encapsulation film outside a predetermined limited area on the glass substrate. The predetermined limited area corresponds to the display portion.

An OLED display panel and an encapsulating method of the same are provided. The OLED display panel includes a base substrate; an OLED device disposed on the base substrate; and a thin film encapsulating layer. The thin film encapsulating layer includes a first inorganic layer, an organic layer, and a second inorganic layer. OLED display panel and encapsulating method of same

An encapsulation structure of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. By changing an edge design of a panel encapsulation structure and adding an encapsulation reduction layer to the encapsulation structure, the encapsulation reduction layer can be restored by subsequent processing after the encapsulation reduction layer is eroded by water and oxygen. This prevents an OLED display device from being oxidized, thereby extending a life of a device.

Encapsulation structure of organic light emitting diode display panel and manufacturing method thereof

A high-rate high-swing drive circuit applied to a silicon photonic modulator is disclosed. The drive circuit is connected to a drive pre-stage circuit and a modulator load. The drive circuit includes at least one output circuit, and the output circuit includes: a first inverter, a first voltage bias module, a second inverter, a second voltage bias module, and an inductor. The drive circuit formed by using such a circuit connection increases an output swing of a drive while ensuring a high rate.

High-rate high-swing drive circuit applied to silicon photonic modulator

A transmitter, a receiver, and a signal processing method are provided. The transmitter includes a constellation mapper, a signal conversion module, a digital signal processor, and a digital-to-analog converter. The constellation mapper is configured to determine a mapping relationship between a bit stream and a constellation point in a polar coordinate system, and generate a constellation symbol data flow according to the mapping relationship. The signal conversion module is configured to convert the constellation symbol data flow into an amplitude signal and a phase signal, where the amplitude signal is a 2-level analog signal, and the phase signal is an 8-level digital signal. The digital signal processor is configured to perform digital signal processing on the phase signal, to generate a multi-level digital signal. The digital-to-analog converter is configured to convert the multi-level digital signal into a multi-level analog signal.

The optical fiber not only has excellent stability characteristics of attenuation and crosstalk, but also has the excellent stability characteristic of long-term operation, and can provide a better optical fiber ring for research on a high-precision optical fiber gyroscope, thereby laying the foundation for the development directions of miniaturization and high precision of the optical fiber gyroscope.
