Catalyst systems are provided, along with corresponding methods, for single stage conversion of synthesis gas to fuel boiling range products with increased selectivity for either naphtha production (C-C) or distillate production (C-C). The increased selectivity for naphtha production or distillate production is provided in conjunction with a reduced selectivity for higher boiling range components (C).

Techniques provided herein are directed toward virtually extending an updated set of output positions of a mobile device determined by a VIO by combining a current set of VIO output positions with one or more previous sets of VIO output positions in such a way that ensure all outputs positions among the various combined sets of output positions are consistent. The combined sets can be used for accurate position determination of the mobile device. Moreover, the position determination further may be based on GNSS measurements.

Catalytic conversion of alcohols and/or ethers to olefins

Processes for the catalytic conversion of alcohols and/or ethers to olefins over zeolite catalysts are described. ZSM-48 and metal containing variants, such as Zn ZSM-48, produce high yields of olefins, particularly ethylene or C3+ olefins, between 200 and 500&#xb0; C.

Systems and methods are provided for oligomerization of olefins to distillate boiling range products while also recycling naphtha boiling range olefins as part of the feed. By performing the olefin oligomerization while also recycling naphtha boiling range olefins, it has been discovered that the resulting distillate boiling range products can have an unexpected improvement in diesel combustion quality, such as an unexpected improvement in cetane rating. In order to manage coke formation and maintain consistent activity profile for the oligomerization catalyst, the reaction can be performed in a moving bed reactor. Additional temperature control can be maintained by the recycling of the naphtha boiling range portions of the oligomerization product back to the reactor.

Distillate production from olefins in moving bed reactors

A method of upgrading refining streams with high polynucleararomatic hydrocarbon (PNA) concentrations can include: hydrocracking a PNA feed in the presence of a catalyst and hydrogen at 380&#xb0; C. to 430&#xb0; C., 2500 psig or greater, and 0.1 hrto 5 hrliquid hourly space velocity (LSHV), wherein the weight ratio of PNA feed to hydrogen is 30:1 to 10:1, wherein the PNA feed comprises 25 wt % or less of hydrocarbons having a boiling point of 700&#xb0; F. (371&#xb0; C.) or less and having an aromatic content of 50 wt % or greater to form a product comprising 50 wt % or greater of the hydrocarbons having a boiling point of 700&#xb0; F. (371&#xb0; C.) or less and having an aromatic content of 20 wt % or less.

Aromatic hydrogenation catalysts and uses thereof

Methods, systems, and devices are described for techniques for downlink (DL) scheduling and uplink (UL) scheduling in a shared radio frequency (RF)spectrum band. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may receive an UL data transmission grant associated with a channel of shared RF spectrum band. The wireless communication device may perform a channel readiness procedure associated with the channel. The wireless communication device may also transmit channel readiness information based at least in part on the channel readiness procedure to a base station. The channel readiness information may be transmitted via an uplink channel of a licensed RF spectrum band different from the shared RF band. In other aspects, a base station may schedule a data transmission on one or more channels of a shared RF spectrum band. The base station may transmit a data transmission grant for the scheduled data transmission to a wireless communication device.

Techniques for downlink scheduling and uplink scheduling in a shared radio frequency spectrum band

Systems and methods are provided for hydroconversion of a heavy oil feed under slurry hydroprocessing conditions and/or solvent assisted hydroprocessing conditions. The systems and methods for slurry hydroconversion can include the use of a configuration that can allow for improved separation of catalyst particles from the slurry hydroprocessing effluent. In addition to allowing for improved catalyst recycle, an amount of fines in the slurry hydroconversion effluent can be reduced or minimized. This can facilitate further processing or handling of any 'pitch' generated during the slurry hydroconversion. The systems and methods for solvent assisted hydroprocessing can include processing of a heavy oil feed in conjunction with a high solvency dispersive power crude.

Processing of heavy hydrocarbon feeds

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A base station may perform a clear channel assessment (CCA) procedure on a channel that includes multiple sub-bands of a radio frequency spectrum band. The base station may determine that the channel is available based on the CCA and transmit a special header in the channel. In some examples, the special header may include multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs), where each TTI may include a header packet in each sub-band of the radio frequency spectrum band. In some cases, the header packet may include a clear to send (CTS)-to-self frame structure. The base station may transmit a first TTI across each of the sub-bands at a first power level, and transmit additional TTIs across the sub-bands at a different power level. Additional header packets may be transmitted at the boundaries of subsequent subframes.

Clear to send-to-self transmissions in an LTE-controlled Wi-Fi system

Methods, systems, devices, and apparatuses are described for a listen-before-talk (LBT) mechanism. A wireless node, e.g., a base station, may determine that a channel is available based on completing a clear channel assessment (CCA) procedure. The wireless node may be associated with a first operator. The wireless node may transmit a first message on the channel in a subframe based on the CCA procedure. The first message may include a header portion that precedes a data portion. The first message may be time aligned with a second message transmitted from a second wireless node that is associated with the first operator.
