Oral irrigator

A portable oral irrigator includes a charging seat assembly, a water container assembly, a housing assembly and a pump assembly. The charging seat assembly includes a charging seat base, a transparent charging seat member on the charging seat base, a first control board in the charging seat base, a first light guide line in the transparent charging seat member, a second light guide line in the charging seat base, a charging seat cover on the transparent charging seat member, and a charging socket projecting out of the charging seat cover. With provision of the charging seat assembly, the water container assembly, the housing assembly and the pump assembly, the pump unit draws water from the water container body and exits the water through the nozzle. The first and second light guide lines and the light guide strip emit light to indicate a current state of the oral irrigator.

Portable oral irrigator

A portable oral irrigator includes a nozzle, a handle, an outer water container and an inner water container. The nozzle is at an upper end of the portable oral irrigator. The handle is below the nozzle. The outer water container is below the handle. The inner water container is below the outer water container. A sealing ring is at a bottom of the inner water container for sealing the inner water container. An annular silicone sealing member is at a joining portion of the outer water container and the inner water container. A gasket is between the outer water container and the handle. An air passable silicone seal is on the gasket. With provision of the air passable silicone seal, a raised bottom of the air passable silicone seal contracts to close its cross-shaped opening due to water pressure in the outer water container, thereby preventing leakage.

A pump body of an oral irrigator includes a mount, a motor disposed at a rear end away from the mount, a pinion disposed on a shaft of the motor, an annular gear disposed on a shaft member to mesh with the pinion, a cam disposed in the annular gear and adjacent to one side, a linkage secured to the cam, front and rear plungers disposed on a front end of the linkage, and a cylindrical tube disposed on the plungers in the mount. The rotation of the cam only allows the linkage to repetitively move in a back-and-forth linear motion. Wear between the plungers and the cylindrical tube is decreased to a minimum and leakage is prevented.

The method for manufacturing the array substrate includes: forming an amorphous silicon layer and an insulating layer covering the amorphous silicon layer in one deposition process; and processing the amorphous silicon layer to transform the amorphous silicon layer into a polysilicon layer. Through the above-mentioned method, the present disclosure can solve the problem of affecting the concentration of current carriers that caused by the oxidation of the surface of polysilicon, and improve the performance of the array substrate.

As such, the bonding force between the interlayer dielectric layer and the gate, and the bonding force between the interlayer dielectric layer, and the source and the drain may be improved. The source and the drain may be prevented from falling off from the interlayer dielectric layer during the annealing process. Production yield of the TFT substrate may be improved. The OLED substrate adopting the manufactured of the OLED substrate of the present disclosure may have a better production yield and quality.

The method includes: forming a flexible backing, which includes a display section and a bending section disposed on an outer circumference of the display section; forming a buffer layer on the flexible backing, removing a portion of the buffer layer that is disposed on the bending section and preserving a portion of the buffer layer that is disposed on the display section so that an inorganic insulation layer on the bending section has a reduced thickness to improve bending resistance of the bending section of the flexible AMOLED substrate and thus improving production yield. The flexible AMOLED substrate is manufactured with the above method, in which an inorganic insulation layer included in a bending section has a reduced thickness so that the bending section of the flexible AMOLED substrate shows better resistance against bending and provides high production yield.
