The method includes: receiving collected electrical signal information of all cells in each traction battery; performing self-discharge observation and calculating a self-discharge rate based on a cell voltage in electrical signal information of each cell after depolarization is completed, to determine whether there is an internal short circuit in a traction battery where the cell corresponding to the self-discharge rate is located; and triggering alarm handling for the internal short circuit in the traction battery based on a back-fed result that there is an internal short circuit in the traction battery. In this way, a problem of how to monitor a micro-internal short circuit in a traction battery in a good static working condition with accuracy and efficiency while taking operation into consideration is solved, thereby improving accuracy and efficiency of monitoring an internal short circuit in the traction battery while taking operation into account.

Method and system for monitoring battery short circuit and apparatus

An insulation monitoring method and system for a traction battery and an apparatus are proposed to solve the problem of how to accurately predict a risk of insulation deterioration of the traction battery before the insulation deterioration occurs on the traction battery, so as to provide an early warning about failures in the traction battery. In this method, data statistics on a large amount of insulation resistance values within a long period of time are collected, and whether the traction battery has the risk of insulation deterioration is determined by analysis based on a data statistical result; and if the traction battery has the risk of insulation deterioration, alarm information is output. In this method, based on data statistical analysis performed on the large amount of insulation resistance values within a long period of time, insulation deterioration can be predicted before the insulation deterioration occurs on the traction battery. This allows a user to perform battery maintenance in time before the insulation deterioration occurs on the traction battery, so as to prevent traction battery failures.

Insulation monitoring method and system for traction battery and apparatus

A distributed fiber-optic acoustic sensing system and a signal processing method. The distributed fiber-optic acoustic sensing system is based on a high spatial resolution distributed fiber-optic acoustic sensor. The interval between adjacent sensing units is centimeter or millimeter level. Through specific digital signal processing, signal enhancement can be realized, noise in the system and environment are suppressed, at the same time, problems such as interference fading is solved, and the sensor signal-to-noise ratio of subunits can be increased by two to three orders of magnitude. Each subunit can serve as an independent high-sensitivity sensor for sensing. The multiple subunits can form one or more new sensor arrays. The azimuth estimation and spatial orientation of signal sources can be realized by the array signal processing method.

A method for forming a 3D NAND structure includes providing a semiconductor substrate; forming a control gate structure having a plurality of staircase-stacked layers, each layer has a first end and a second end; forming a dielectric layer covering the semiconductor substrate, and the control gate structure; forming a hard mask layer on the dielectric layer; patterning the hard mask layer to form a plurality of openings above corresponding second ends of the layers of the control gate structure; forming a photoresist layer on the hard mask layer; repeating a photoresist trimming process and a first etching process to sequentially expose the openings, and to form a plurality of holes with predetermined depths in the dielectric layer; performing a second etching process to etch the plurality of holes until surfaces of the second ends are exposed to form through holes; and forming metal vias in the through holes.
