The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to the use of annexin A5 in the treatment of cerebral stroke. The invention provides a method for treating cerebral stroke and a drug combination containing annexin A5. The method can reduce cerebral infarction, improve symptoms of neurobehavioral deficits in the brain and treating stroke.

Method for treating cerebral stroke

A guiding apparatus for x-ray-free screw placement by a spinal posterior approach, comprising an interspinous spacer, a slide scale (), and an angle-changing rod. The apparatus is simple to operate, easy to grasp, and well accepted by physicians. A reliable effect is provided in screw placement. Significantly reduced X-ray exposure is allowed for patients and medical staff. In a small-incision minimally invasive screw placement operation, even without exposing the spinal ligament, a small spike-like protrusion of a base () of the interspinous spacer can ensure accurate interspinous positioning across the skin. This is applicable for both minimally invasive and incision surgeries and has a wide range of uses.

Guiding apparatus for X-ray-free screw placement by spinal posterior approach

A highly active supported bimetallic nanocatalyst and its preparation method is disclosed. During the preparation, using an ion exchange or adsorption resin bearing basic functional groups as the support of the said catalyst, successively introducing the first metal precursor FeCland the second metal precursor (PdCl, NiClor CuCl) onto the resin through ion exchange process; then under the protection of nitrogen gas, simultaneously reducing the two metals with either NaBHor KBH; washing the resulting material with deoxygenated water and drying it, and the said catalyst is therefore obtained. The supported bimetallic material is characteristic of independent distribution of the two metals within the support. The independently distributed structure of the two metals enhances the catalytic efficiency of the second metal and the catalytic stability.
