A power supply system includes direct current combiner boxes and an inverter, where output terminals of all direct current combiner boxes are connected in series and/or in parallel and then coupled to an input terminal of the inverter, and the direct current combiner box includes a controller, a detection circuit, and a direct current conversion circuit. The direct current conversion circuit performs direct current conversion on an input terminal voltage of the direct current combiner box to obtain an output terminal voltage of the direct current combiner box. The detection circuit detects an output terminal parameter of the direct current combiner box, and sends the output terminal parameter of the direct current combiner box to the controller. The controller controls an output voltage of the direct current conversion circuit based on the output terminal parameter of the direct current combiner box.

Power supply system and method for controlling output voltage of direct current combiner box

A semiconductor device having one or more bifacial semiconductor wafers. The bifacial semiconductor wafer includes a first array of semiconductor dies on a first planar surface and a second array of semiconductor dies on a second planar surface that is opposite the first planar surface. The plurality of battery modules is separately connected to the start unit and the switch unit, and the plurality of battery modules are configured to, when the start unit receives a start signal, control the switch unit to be turned on. The energy storage apparatus is configured to, in response to the switch unit being turned on, output electrical energy of the plurality of battery modules through the electrical energy output port, and, in response to the switch unit being turned off, disconnect the plurality of battery modules from the electrical energy output port.

A packaged device includes a circuit board, an electronic component, and a heat storage portion. The electronic component is electrically coupled to the circuit board; and the heat storage portion is disposed on the circuit board or embedded in the circuit board, and the heat storage portion is adjacent to the electronic component, where a specific heat capacity of the heat storage portion is higher than a specific heat capacity of the circuit board, and the heat storage portion is configured to store and release heat. A heat storage material with a relatively high specific heat capacity is introduced into the packaged device, and the heat storage portion is disposed on the circuit board around the electronic component where a large amount of heat generated by the electronic component in a short time can be quickly stored in the heat storage portion and then released to the outside.

A three-level boost converter and a control method. The three level flying-capacitor boost converter includes: an inductor, a flying capacitor, a controller, a first switching transistor and a second switching transistor as primary power transistors. When a voltage of the flying capacitor is less than or equal to a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor; or when a voltage of the flying capacitor is greater than a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor. The bus voltage is an output voltage Vo of the three-level boost converter.

Three-level boost converter and control method

A three-level neutral point clamped inverter includes four switch units. When an average value of an output current of the three-level neutral point clamped inverter is greater than a first current threshold or less than a second current threshold, only one of the four switch units is controlled to perform a high-frequency operation, to reduce power consumption caused by a high-frequency operation. The average value of the output current is an average value of the output current of the three-level neutral point clamped inverter in a switching cycle. The first current threshold is a positive number, and the second current threshold is a negative number. Power consumption caused by the high-frequency operation of the switch unit in the inverter may be reduced, and electric energy conversion efficiency of the inverter may be improved. A time period in which two switch units perform complementary operations at high frequency is very small.

A backfeed soft-start circuit for a photovoltaic inverter is provided. The backfeed soft-start circuit includes a plurality of branch switches. A solar photovoltaic array includes a plurality of photovoltaic modules, where the plurality of branch switches are in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of photovoltaic modules, and when the plurality of branch switches are turned on, the corresponding photovoltaic modules are connected to the backfeed soft-start circuit; and a primary switching switch. The branch switches is connected to a corresponding photovoltaic module, and the primary switching switch. The primary switching switch is turned on after the branch switch is turned on.

Backfeed soft-start circuit for string photovoltaic inverter

A packaged power semiconductor device includes a power semiconductor wafer, a heat conduction layer, and a heat sink that are sequentially stacked, and a sealing part configured to wrap and seal the power semiconductor wafer and at least part of the heat conduction layer. The packaged power semiconductor device further includes a pin, where the pin includes a connection segment wrapped inside the sealing part, and an extension segment located outside the sealing part. The connection segment is electrically connected to the power semiconductor wafer, and a shortest distance between the extension segment and a first outer surface is greater than a creepage distance corresponding to a highest working voltage of the power semiconductor wafer. This can avoid a creepage phenomenon of the pin by limiting a distance between the first outer surface and the extension segment that is of the pin and that is exposed outside the sealing part.

This disclosure provides an energy storage apparatus, an energy storage apparatus control method, and a photovoltaic system. The energy storage apparatus includes: a plurality of battery clusters, a plurality of conversion units, a start unit, and a controller. The controller includes a plurality of control units. The start unit is configured to: after receiving a start signal, control a control switch in at least one battery cluster to close, to start a control unit corresponding to the battery cluster. The control unit is configured to: determine, based on a state of the control switch in the battery cluster, whether a black start mode is on; and when determining that the black start mode is on, control a DC-DC converter in the corresponding conversion unit to release electric energy stored in a battery pack in the corresponding battery cluster, to energize a direct current bus.

A bidirectional direct current converter includes a controller that controls a switching transistor in the bidirectional direct current converter to reduce an inductance of an inductor, thereby reducing a size and costs of the inductor, and further reducing a size and costs of the entire bidirectional direct current converter. The bidirectional direct current converter further includes a first switching transistor, a second switching transistor, a third switching transistor, a fourth switching transistor, and a capacitor. The controller is coupled to the first switching transistor, the second switching transistor, the third switching transistor, and the fourth switching transistor. The controller performs complementary control on the first switching transistor and the third switching transistor, and performs complementary control on the second switching transistor and the fourth switching transistor.

A semiconductor device includes a doped region of a first conductivity type in a substrate, a source/drain region of the first conductivity in the doped region, and a gate structure overlapping a portion of the doped region. The semiconductor device further comprises a multi-layer spacer over a first sidewall of the gate structure. The multi-layer spacer comprises a first spacer layer, a second spacer layer over the first spacer layer, and a third spacer layer over the second spacer layer. The first spacer layer and the second spacer layer are in contact with the first sidewall of the gate structure.

Semiconductor device and manufacturing method thereof

Embodiments of this application disclose an inverter apparatus and an inverter apparatus control method. The inverter apparatus includes an inverter circuit and a control unit, and the control unit detects a driving mode of the inverter circuit based on a running state of the inverter circuit. When the inverter circuit outputs reactive power and an output current amplitude is greater than a current threshold, the control unit controls the inverter circuit in a full-bridge two-level bipolar control mode; and in other cases, the control unit controls the inverter circuit in a three-level control mode. This reduces a risk of breaking down horizontal bridge semiconductor switching devices by a voltage spike in an active turn-off process.
