A keycap includes a lower plate, a first magnetic element, an upper cover and a second magnetic element. The lower plate has two first engaging portions, which are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of an upper surface of the lower plate. The first magnetic element is fixed on the lower plate. The upper cover is configured to be detachably assembled on the lower plate, in which the upper cover has two second engaging portions respectively disposed on two opposite sides of an inner top surface of the upper cover and respectively corresponding to the two first engaging portions. The second magnetic element is fixed on the inner top surface of the upper cover, and is configured to magnetically attract the first magnetic element.

Keycap

A force-sensitive key module and a force-sensitive switch structure are provided. The force-sensitive switch structure includes a first protective layer, a second protective layer, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a force-sensitive layer. The first protective layer receives a pressing force. The second conductive layer is aligned with the first conductive layer. The force-sensitive layer is installed on the first conductive layer or the second conductive layer. When the first protective layer receives the pressing force, an electric connection between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer is established, and the force-sensitive layer generates an analog sensing signal in response to the pressing force. When a magnitude of the pressing force is changed, the analog sensing signal is correspondingly changed according to an impedance change of the force-sensitive layer.

Force-sensitive key module and force-sensitive switch structure thereof

The present invention provides a keycap, which includes a lower plate and an upper cover. The lower plate has two openings respectively through two opposite sides of the lower plate to respectively define two elastic arms. The upper cover is configured to be detachably assembled on the lower plate, in which the upper cover has two abutting portions and a protrusion, and the two abutting portions are respectively disposed on two opposite inner sides of the upper cover and respectively correspond to the two elastic arms, and each of the two abutting portions is configured to abut against a portion of the corresponding elastic arm, and the protrusion is disposed on an inner top surface of the upper cover and corresponds to one of the two openings.

A membrane switch includes a first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern and a processor. The first circuit layer is aligned with the second conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern have different shapes. When the second conductive pattern is contacted with and covered by the first conductive pattern, a conductive contact surface is formed. The conductive contact surface has a resistance value corresponding to an area of the conductive contact surface. A processor judges whether a key signal is generated according to the resistance value.

Membrane switch

A key structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a membrane circuit board and an elastic plate. The keycap is located over the base plate. The keycap includes a top wall and a skirt part. The membrane circuit board is arranged between the keycap and the base plate. The membrane circuit board includes a pressure sensing structure. The elastic plate is arranged between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The elastic plate includes a triggering part. The triggering part is extended toward the membrane circuit board and aligned with the pressure sensing structure. While the keycap is moved downwardly toward the elastic plate, the skirt part of the keycap is correspondingly moved to press the elastic plate. Consequently, the triggering part is moved downwardly to press the pressure sensing structure.

Keyboard device and key structure thereof

The present disclosure provides a keycap, including: a light-guiding microstructure layer made of a first material, the light-guiding microstructure layer including a base layer and a plurality of microstructures disposed on a lower surface of the base layer; and a light-transmitting layer disposed over the light-guiding microstructure layer and in contact with the base layer, the light-transmitting layer being made of a second material different from the first material. The present disclosure further provides a method of manufacturing the above-mentioned keycap and a key structure including the above-mentioned keycap.

Keycap, method of manufacturing the same and key structure

A membrane circuit structure having a plurality of switch regions includes first, second and third membranes and a spacer layer. The second membrane is beneath the first membrane, and a lower surface of the second membrane is provided with a conductive pattern in at least one of the switch regions. The spacer layer is disposed between the first and second membranes. The third membrane is beneath the second membrane, and an upper surface of the third membrane is provided with first and second trigger portions separated from each other in the at least one of the switch regions, and the conductive pattern is able to be in contact with the first and second trigger portions, so that the first and second trigger portions are able to be electrically connected to each other through the conductive pattern.

Membrane circuit structure

A key structure includes a base plate, a switch element, a key pedestal and a keycap. The key pedestal includes an opening, a first hooking structure and a second hooking structure. The keycap includes an edge part, a triggering post, a third hooking structure and a fourth hooking structure. The third hooking structure and the fourth hooking structure are installed on the edge part. The switch element is installed on the base plate. The key pedestal is installed on the base plate. The triggering post is inserted into the opening to trigger the switch element. The third hooking structure of the keycap is movably connected with the first hooking structure of the key pedestal. The fourth hooking structure of the keycap is movably connected with the second hooking structure of the key pedestal. Consequently, the keycap is maintained in a horizontal state and not tilted.

Key structure

A key structure includes a keycap, a scissors-type connecting element, a first knocking part, a resilience element and a second knocking part. The scissors-type connecting element is coupled to a bottom surface of the keycap. The scissors-type connecting element includes an inner frame and an outer frame. The first knocking part is disposed within a space surrounded by the inner frame. The resilience element is located under the first knocking part. The second knocking part is coupled to the bottom surface of the keycap and faces the first knocking part. While the keycap is pressed down, the second knocking part knocks on the first knocking part, and the first knocking part is moved downwardly. When the keycap is not pressed down, the first knocking part is moved upwardly and returned to an original position in response to an elastic force of the resilience element.

A key structure includes a base plate, a supporting element, a resilience arm and a keycap. The keycap includes a bulge. The supporting element is installed on the base plate. The resilience arm is connected with the supporting element and aligned with the bulge of the keycap. The keycap is connected with the supporting element. When the keycap is moved toward the base plate, the bulge is moved downwardly to push the resilience arm. After the resilience arm is pushed by the bulge, the resilience arm is subjected to elastic deformation and separated from the bulge. After the resilience arm is separated from the bulge, the resilience arm knocks on the keycap, so that a sound is generated.

A keyboard device includes plural key structures. Each key structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a connecting member and at least one raised structure. The keycap is located over the base plate. The connecting member is arranged between the base plate and the keycap. The keycap is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate through the connecting member. The connecting member includes at least one first hook part. The raised structure is installed on the base plate. The first hook part is connected with the raised structure. The raised structure includes a top wall, a lateral wall and a perforation. The lateral wall is connected between the top wall and the base plate. The perforation is formed in the lateral wall. The first hook part is penetrated through the perforation and contacted with the top wall.

A key structure includes a circuit board, a triggering part and an elastic element. The elastic element includes an upper support portion, a lower support portion, an upper elastic portion and a lower elastic portion. The lower support portion is located beneath the upper support portion and connected to a peripheral region of the circuit board. The upper elastic portion is connected between the triggering part and the upper support portion. The lower elastic portion is connected between the upper support portion and the lower support portion. The lower elastic portion includes a first section and a second section connected to each other. The first section is connected to the upper support portion. The second section is connected to the lower support portion. There is a vacant space between the second section and the circuit board.

A key structure includes a keycap and a scissors-type connecting element. The scissors-type connecting element is connected with the keycap. The scissors-type connecting element includes an inner frame and an outer frame. A first end of the inner frame is connected with the keycap. The outer frame is connected with the inner frame and swingable relative to the inner frame. A first end of the outer frame is connected with the keycap and located near a second end of the inner frame. A second end of the inner frame includes a first protrusion. A first end of the outer frame includes a second protrusion near the first protrusion. The first protrusion includes a first knocking surface. The second protrusion includes a second knocking surface. While the keycap is pressed down, the first knocking surface and the second knocking surface knock on each other.

A key structure includes a keycap, a membrane circuit board, and a rubber dome between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The rubber dome includes a ring-shaped structure, a lower foundation structure, a contacting post, a first inclined wall and a second inclined wall. The ring-shaped structure includes a first top surface. The first top surface is upwardly pushed against the keycap. The lower foundation structure includes a first bottom surface. The first bottom surface is pushed downwardly pushed against the membrane circuit board. The contacting post is connected with the ring-shaped structure. The first inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the lower foundation structure. The second inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the contacting post. There is a first included angle &#x3b8;between the second inclined wall and the first bottom surface. Preferably, 30&#xb0;&#x2264;&#x3b8;&#x2264;85&#xb0;.

Key structure and rubber dome thereof

A key structure includes a keycap, a base plate and a wing-type supporting element. When the keycap is depressed in response to an external force, a first frame and a second frame of the wing-type supporting element are pushed by each other through protrusion structures and rotating shafts. Consequently, the first frame and the second frame can be swung relative to the base plate.
