A deserializer is provided. The deserializer includes a data receiver, an RCC transmitter, an I2C master, a command determination device, a video transmitter, a video processing device and an I2S transmitter. The data receiver analyzes raw data sent to the deserializer to obtain audio data, video data and/or command data. The I2S transmitter sends the audio data to the outside of the deserializer. The video processing equipment performs a format conversion on the video data and sends the video data to the outside of the deserializer. The command determination device determines the command data, and sends the command data to the outside of the deserializer in response to a determination result indicating that the command data is a deserializer external command.

The present disclosure provides a quantum convolution operator, comprising: a quantum state encoding module, a quantum entanglement module, a quantum convolution kernel module, a measuring module, and a computing module; the quantum state encoding module is configured to encode a current group of input data onto qubits; the quantum entanglement module is configured to associate quantum state information of different qubits; the quantum convolution kernel module is configured to extract feature information corresponding to the quantum state information; the measuring module is configured to measure a quantum state of a preset qubit and obtain a corresponding amplitude; the computing module is configured to compute a convolution result corresponding to the current group of input data according to the measured quantum state and its amplitude.

The present disclosure relates to an electromagnetic stamping method and an electromagnetic stamping device. The electromagnetic stamping method includes: dividing a blank holder of a stamping device into a plurality of blank holder areas based on a contour characteristic of a workpiece to be stamped; setting a blank holder force function over time for each blank holder area based on a shape characteristic of the blank holder area; collecting blank holder force data of each blank holder area every cycle period t, and calculating an error between the blank holder force data and a value of the blank holder force function at a current time; and controlling a blank holder force for each blank holder area based on the error, and obtaining the workpiece to be stamped by stamping sheet material under the blank holder force.

Disclosed are an energy service system of a multi-machine production line and a control method thereof, the method includes reorganizing respective machines in the production line into three types of controllable entities: a drive system, an energy supply bus and an execution device, equipping them with a control center, and selecting a sub-drive system that is idle and is capable of completing the work stage with high energy efficiency to supply energy service for the corresponding execution device through the energy supply bus. Further disclosed is a design method of a multi-machine shared drive system of a production line, which increases the number of basic flow units of each drive unit to a maximum value one by one, and coordinates action time to form a variety of scheduling schemes, and selects a configuration scheme whose total time and total energy consumption are less as the shared drive system.

A control method and device for bidirectional communication are provided. A handshake between the master and slave communication units is realized by sending the training sequence. The master communication unit is controlled to obtain control information from the ECU. The control information is packaged into the custom package, and the custom package is encoded. The master communication unit is controlled to send the custom package to the slave communication unit. The slave communication unit decodes, verifies and corrects the custom package. The slave communication unit feeds back the correct message to the master communication unit if the custom package is verified to be correct, else feeds back the error message to the master communication unit. The master communication unit resends the custom package to the slave communication unit if it receives the error information or does not receive any feedback information within the preset time period.

The cryogenic device includes a refrigerating machine and a cryogenic container assembly. The cryogenic container assembly includes a first container end, a connecting tube and a second container end. The first container end is communicated with the second container end through the connecting tube. The superconducting device includes a superconducting coil arranged in the first container end and immersed in a liquid or gaseous cooling medium. The protecting module is connected to the superconducting coil and is configured to protect the superconducting coil if the superconducting coil suffers a quench.

A press machine is provided. Two vertical hydraulic cylinders are arranged on an upper beam plate of a press machine body, and the two hydraulic cylinders correspond to workbenches at corresponding positions in a one-to-one correspondence, constituting left and right working units, and a common mechanical drive unit and a common hydraulic drive unit are set for the left and right working units. The mechanical driving unit is composed of a driving motor through an electromagnetic clutch, an electromagnetic brake and lead screw nut driving mechanism driven by a gear pair. According to the load profiles during the working process of hydraulic press machine, the mechanical driving unit or the hydraulic driving unit are selected to provide energy for the two working units. A control method for the press machine, a press machine execution system and a control method for the press machine execution system are further involved.

A serializer includes: an I2C controller, an I2C command analysis circuit, a system control circuit, a low-speed data transmission circuit, a high-speed data conversion circuit, a low-speed data processing circuit, a parallel-serial conversion bidirectional circuit, a serial-parallel conversion circuit, a protocol analysis circuit, a video data processing circuit and an I2C receiver. The serializer can receive the external control command from the external controller through the I2C controller, and can also receive the external control command and the internal control command through the parallel-serial conversion bidirectional circuit. In addition, the serializer can also receive the video data from the external video source through the serial-parallel conversion circuit, and receive the audio data from the external source through the I2C receiver. Therefore, the serializer in the present disclosure can be applied to both two application scenarios, which is more flexible in application.

Disclosed is a double-motor double-station screw press, comprising two sets of screw pair mechanisms on both sides thereof, i.e., first and second screw pair mechanisms, where in the first screw pair mechanism, a first lead screw is driven by a resultant movement synthesized by first and second motors through a first differential gear train; in the second screw pair mechanism, a second lead screw is driven by a resultant movement synthesized by the first and second motors through a second differential gear train; a first slider and a second slider in the press work symmetrically; a transmission mode between the second motor and the second differential gear train is switched by controlling a steering switching apparatus, such that the second motor can assist the first motor during a single-cylinder pressing process to increase the output pressure, but also it is convenient to adjust a relative positions of two cylinders.
