Provided is a wafer locking mechanism configured to lock a wafer, the wafer locking mechanism comprising: a wafer base, constructed in a form of a frustum shape tapering from a bottom portion thereof towards a top portion thereof, and configured to be elevatable along a direction of an axis thereof; a plurality of rods, which are diametrically aligned in pairs perpendicular to the axis; and a plurality of compression springs, which are respectively sheathed on respective distal ends of the plurality of rods distal to the wafer base, in one-to-one correspondence and extend radially outwards. Each of the rods is provided with a ball-head portion which is located at a proximal end thereof proximate to the wafer base and abuts against the wafer base, and a jaw which is pressed radially inwards by the corresponding compression spring.

The method of data reception comprises transmitting a request for the RRC message to the network node based on default transmission parameters; and receiving the RRC message from the network node at a predetermined time unit. With embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible to request the RRC message when the terminal device need this message and therefore the RRC message transmission can be reduced and in turn, the inter-node interference can be limited, and the number of LBTs required for these signal transmissions can be reduced if they are transmitted on unlicensed spectrum.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatuses of transmitting information and receiving information in a wireless communication system. In the method of transmitting information, the information comprises at least two of a reference signal and more than one radio resource control (RRC) message. The method comprises transmitting the at least two of the reference signal and the more than one RRC message by using a same time unit or at least two continuous time units, wherein the at least two of the reference signal and the more than one RRC message have a same time offset or different time offsets and have a same transmission periodicity or transmission periodicities which are different multiples of a predetermined periodicity. Thus, the interference to other systems or nodes can be limited, and the number of LBTs required for these signal transmissions can be reduced if they are transmitted on unlicensed spectrum.
