The pixel drive circuit includes a writing sub-circuit, an amplification sub-circuit, and a drive sub-circuit, writing sub-circuit is configured to transmit a data voltage provided by a signal input terminal to the amplification sub-circuit under control of the scan signal terminal; the amplification sub-circuit is configured to generate an amplification electrical signal according to the data voltage and output the amplification electrical signal to a drive sub-circuit, the drive sub-circuit is configured to obtain the data voltage based on the amplification electrical signal output by the amplification sub-circuit and provide a drive current to a light-emitting device under control of the data voltage, and the light-emitting device is configured to emit light according to the drive current output by the drive sub-circuit.

The circuit includes a source circuit, a comparator circuit and an output circuit, wherein the comparator circuit includes a thermistor, a first resistor and a comparator, the source circuit is connected to a first input terminal of the comparator via the thermistor and is connected to a second input terminal of the comparator via the first resistor; and the comparator circuit is configured to compare a first signal from the first input terminal with a second signal from the second input terminal, and output a control signal according to a comparison result, the control signal is an over-temperature control signal in the case that the comparison result indicates that the temperature is greater than or equal to a protection threshold, and the output circuit is configured to output an disenabling signal.

The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for determining touching action and a display device. The method comprises the following steps of: determining a first touching region where a variation value of capacitance is larger than or equal to a first preset value during each period of N consecutive periods, in which N&#x2265;2; and outputting a touching signal according to the first touching region, wherein each period of the N consecutive periods is a scanning period of the touch pane. The embodiment of the present disclosure may scan all of the touching regions of the touch panel during N consecutive scanning periods, and then determine the first touching region has a variation value of capacitance larger than or equal to the first preset value during the N consecutive scanning periods to be a region touched by the user so as to output a touch signal based on the region. Since it can't determine a touching region has a variation value of capacitance larger than or equal to a preset value only during a few scanning periods, the accuracy for determining the touching event may be enhanced so as to avoid false trigger of the touching event of a touch panel by external noises.

Method and apparatus for determining touching action and display device

A touch determining device and a touch determining method for a touch panel are provided. The touch panel includes multiple touch areas arranged in a matrix. The method includes: detecting whether a touch electrode has a touch area with a capacitance variation value larger than or equal to a predetermined value; if such touch areas exist, acquiring a number of the touch areas with a capacitance variation value larger than or equal to a predetermined value; if the number of the touch areas is one, no electrical signal of a touch area is outputted; if the number of the touch areas is multiple, outputting electrical signals of the multiple touch areas; and determining on the output electrical signals to decide whether to generate a touch signal, or not.

A touch substrate includes a substrate and a first touch electrode pattern and a second touch electrode pattern formed in a same layer on the substrate; each of the second touch electrodes includes body portions and a projecting portion, the projecting portion of each of the second touch electrodes is correspondingly fitted into a void in the first touch electrode pattern; and the first touch electrode pattern further includes a projecting portion which is disposed at an end portion and connected to one body portion of the first touch electrode at the end portion, a void corresponding to the projecting portion of the first touch electrode pattern is formed in the body portion of the second touch electrode at the end portion, and the projecting portion of the first touch electrode pattern is fitted into this void.
