Disclosed is a graded plugging, monitoring and reinforcing integrated method for separation stratum grouting under single-side open conditions, falling within the technical field of coal mine filling and mining. The method specifically includes the following steps: analyzing the development law of a separation stratum, determining the scope of protective coal pillars for a surface building/structure, constructing a combined plugging dam, monitoring and evaluating the combined plugging dam, and implementing local reinforcement measures. The combined plugging dam proposed in the present disclosure can effectively prevent grout from flowing and migrating towards the remaining space of a target separation stratum above a mined area during grouting under single-side open conditions, enhancing the effectiveness of separation stratum grouting.

The invention provides an induced polarization method and system mounted on a while drilling-type drill rig based on a long-length power source for water detection in tunnels, wherein the IP system comprises a long-length power source module for power supply while drilling, comprising a long-length power source and an electrode being a drill pipe of the while drilling-type drill rig; an array-type data collection module; and, a positioning and interpretation module, that may interpret and image data induced separately when a point power source is located near a drill bit at a current time obtained by differentiating an IP signal for water detection in tunnel at the current time from an IP signal for water detection in the tunnel at a previous time, to realize a dynamic identification of hazardous water sources in front of the tunnel face, and the detection while drilling or multi-detection while drilling.

An application of 2,3-dihydro-3 hydroxymethyl-6-amino-[1,4]-benzoxazine in the preparation of drugs inducing embryonic stem cells to differentiate to vascular endothelial cells, wherein the concentration of the 2,3-dihydro-3 hydroxymethyl-6-amino-[1,4]-benzoxazine in the preparation of drugs effectively inducing mouse embryonic stem cells to differentiate to vascular endothelial cells is 1&#x2dc;20 &#x3bc;M. The 2,3-dihydro-3 hydroxymethyl-6-amino-[1,4]-benzoxazine provided by the invention lays foundation for preparing and developing drugs inducing embryonic stem cells to differentiate to vascular endothelial cells, can be used as an effective research tool of embryonic stem cells, and can be used for researching on embryonic stem cell differentiation and new molecular mechanisms of blood vessel formation.
