A method for triggering a search for a high-RAT network includes when it is detected that a WI-FI of a terminal device is disconnected, a terminal device moves out of an elevator, or a terminal device moves to another location with a better signal, the terminal device is triggered to start background searching for a network, and attempt to camp on and register with the high-RAT network.

The present disclosure provides a multi-scale three-dimensional (3D) engineering geological model construction system and method. A regional geological model of a target region, a site geological model of each engineering site, and a drilling geological model of each drilling well are constructed. The geological model of each drilling well is superimposed to the site geological model of the corresponding engineering site in the way of step-by-step superimposition, and the site geological model of each engineering site fused with the drilling geological model is superimposed to the regional geological model of the target region. Thus, multi-scale geological model fusion of drilling well, engineering site, and regional mountain is realized. The final multi-scale 3D engineering geological fusion model can provide multi-scale refined geological information for geological suitability evaluation of major geological engineering, so as to ensure accuracy of geological suitability evaluation and site selection of major geological engineering.

A fiber of carbon nanotubes was prepared by a wet-spinning method involving drawing carbon nanotubes away from a substantially aligned, supported array of carbon nanotubes to form a ribbon, wetting the ribbon with a liquid, and spinning a fiber from the wetted ribbon. The liquid can be a polymer solution and after forming the fiber, the polymer can be cured. The resulting fiber has a higher tensile strength and higher conductivity compared to dry-spun fibers and to wet-spun fibers prepared by other methods.

The method includes comprising: dispersing said carbon nanotubes in a dispersing medium to prepare a dispersion system; mixing said dispersion system with adsorbent so that type-specific carbon nanotubes contained in said dispersion system are absorbed onto the adsorbent, wherein the adsorbent is modified by a chemical/biological modifier so as to have different adsorption selectivity to carbon nanotubes of different types; and separating the adsorbent from the dispersion system, whereby the type-specific carbon nanotubes adsorbed onto the adsorbent is separated from the carbon nanotubes of another type enriched in the dispersion system; carbon nanotubes produced by the treatment method, and CNTs devices comprising thereof.
