A method for configuring a sidelink transmission resource is provided, including sending, by a network device, downlink control information (DCI) to a first terminal apparatus, the DCI comprising one or both of a first indication information or a second indication information. The first indication information indicating a time domain resource on which the first terminal apparatus sends sidelink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information to the network device, and the second indication information indicating a frequency domain resource on which the first terminal apparatus sends the HARQ information to the network device. The method further includes receiving, by the network device, the HARQ information from the first terminal apparatus based on the one or both of the first indication information or the second indication information.

Method and communications apparatus for configuring sidelink transmission resource

This application discloses a resource scheduling method, an apparatus, and a system, to provide a resource scheduling manner based on sidelink transmission. The method includes: A scheduling terminal device determines a resource for a sending terminal device to perform sidelink (sidelink) transmission; and the scheduling terminal device sends a first message to the sending terminal device, where the first message is used to indicate the transmission resource, where the resource is specifically used to perform a part or all of the following: transmission of data information, transmission of control information, and transmission of feedback information. A manner in which the scheduling terminal device determines, for the sending terminal device, the transmission resource for data transmission is provided, and is an enriched and complete sidelink-based resource configuration manner.

Data transmission resource determining method, device, and system

The present invention provides a method of reducing and controlling a hazardous substance in a process of high-value biological conversion of an urban organic waste. The method includes: 1) mixing a sludge, a first urban organic waste and an organic acid with water for acclimation to obtain an acclimatized sludge; 2) stage 1 of biological conversion: mixing the acclimatized sludge with a second urban organic waste to perform anaerobic culture; 3) stage 2 of biological conversion: adding nitrate and bacteria to continue anaerobic culture so as to obtain an organic acid. In the present invention, sludge microbes are acclimatized and then added to high-value chemicals such as acetic acid, propanoic acid and lactic acid prepared in biological conversion of the urban organic waste and then added with bacteria. Thus, by controlling pH value, microbe addition amount and nitrate concentration, the unfavorable effect of the antibiotics and heavy metal ions.
