The present disclosure provides a magnetic component and a power module, relating to the technical field of power electronics; the magnetic component provided by the present disclosure includes: a first heat sink, a magnetic core extending in a transverse direction and a winding structure wound on the magnetic core, the winding structure includes at least a first coil and a second coil arranged adjacently along the transverse direction, a gap is provided between the first coil and the second coil, at least part of the first heat sink is arranged in the gap, the first heat sink is in thermal contact with the first coil, the second coil and the magnetic core.

Magnetic component and power module

A bidirectional isolated resonant converter includes a first side circuit, a second side circuit, and a resonant tank circuit. The resonant tank circuit includes a first resonant capacitor, a resonant inductor, an isolated transformer and a second capacitor. The first resonant capacitor, the resonant inductor and a first side winding of the isolated transformer are connected in series. A second side winding of the isolated transformer and the second capacitor are connected in series. The resonant inductor and the isolated transformer are integrated into an integrated magnetic component, wherein a magnetic core of the integrated magnetic component includes an inductor magnetic core portion on which an inductor winding is wound, a transformer magnetic core portion on which the first side winding and the second side winding are wound, and a common magnetic core portion shared by the resonant inductor and the isolated transformer to form closed magnetic paths, respectively.

The present invention relates a single-phase and three-phase compatible circuit and a charge-discharge apparatus. The circuit comprises: a terminal, a first bridge arm, a first switch, a second bridge arm, a switch set, a third bridge arm, a fourth switch, two bus capacitors connected in series, and a fifth switch. The terminal is configured to receive or provide an AC power. When the terminal receives or provides a single-phase AC power, the first switch and the fifth switch are turned on and the first and third terminals of the switch set are electrically connected. The third inductor, the third bridge arm and the two bus capacitors form a half-bridge active filter circuit. A regulation module is electrically connected to the two bus capacitors and the third bridge arm, and controls the third bridge arm based on the voltages of the two bus capacitors.

Single-phase and three-phase compatible circuit and charge-discharge apparatus

A module of suppressing inrush current, a method of controlling the module of suppressing inrush current and an on-board bidirectional charger using the same are provided. The on-board bidirectional charger includes a PFC-inverter module and the module of suppressing inrush current, and the module of suppressing inrush current includes a controlled switch and a suppressor of suppressing inrush current connected in parallel with the controlled switch. The charging and inverting circuits are fully multiplexed, which solves the problem that a high-power on-board charger under harsh AC power supply environment in bidirectional charging cannot provide special protection against inrush current, and can improve power density and circuit efficiency of charging and inversion, realize isolation function including reducing EMI electromagnetic interference and reducing switching interference signals, realize more convenient buck/boost functions, improve using life and performance of devices, reduce cost, and reduce the size of equipment.

Module of suppressing inrush current, method of controlling the same and on-board bidirectional charger using the same

A multi-stage power converter includes a first-stage power conversion circuit, a second-stage power conversion circuit, a second-stage analogic sampler, a pulse width modulator, a first isolator, a pulse width analyzer and a control unit. The second-stage analogic sampler samples power parameter from the second-stage power conversion circuit. The pulse width modulator converts the power parameter into a pulse width modulation signal. The pulse width analyzer receives the pulse width modulation signal through the first isolator in an isolation manner, calculates a duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal according to a rising edge and a falling edge of the pulse width modulation signal, and calculates the power parameter according to the duty ratio. The control unit controls operations of the second-stage power conversion circuit according to the power parameter that is obtained by the pulse width analyzer.
