The disclosure is in the technical field of oil drilling, and in particular relates to a directional well hydraulic clutch drill string full rotation controller, including a rotary assembly, a power assembly and a control assembly. It has two working states: compound drilling and directional drilling. According to the change of the tool face, adjusting the rotation speed of the upper drill string or the displacement of drilling fluid may change the working state of the controller and complete the directional drilling work. Directional well hydraulic clutch drill string full rotation controller

An electronically controlled full rotary clutch controller includes a drive assembly, an executive assembly and an auxiliary assembly. The device can have two working states: directional drilling and compound drilling. When compound drilling, drilling parameter information is obtained through the main control board, and the data is fed back to a ground processing system, which transmits a control signal to the main control board. The main control board controls a rotating motor, and pushes a screw sleeve and a push block shaft on a ball screw. The push block shaft pushes a push block radially, and a mandrel shell transmits torque to a roller shell through the push block. The roller shell and the mandrel shell rotate together to realize compound drilling. When directional drilling, the main control board reverses the rotary motor, the push block shaft pulls the push block radially, and the roller shell does not rotate.

Intelligent directional device for full rotation of drill string

The disclosure concerns oil drilling technology, and specifically an all-metal intelligent control motor (AMIM). The AMIM comprises an electric control module, a power module and a transmission module. The electric control module determines the axial position of the connecting rod valve through an electromagnet and controls the connection between the connecting rod valve and the piston through an electric motor. The hydraulic pressure of drilling fluid and the spring reaction force in the power module push a double worm to move axially and circumferentially under the action of internal teeth on the inner surface of shell. A one-way bearing ensures that the power module only transmits unidirectional motion. The transmission module axially limits the power module through TC bearings and transmits circumferential motion, drilling pressure and torque to the lower drilling tool. The AMIM is suitable for all kinds of deep well exploration, with a stronger drilling force, a lower cost and a higher applicability.

All-metal intelligent control motor

A high-frequency composite impactor including a high-frequency axial and a torsional impact assembly is disclosed. The high-frequency axial impact assembly includes an upper self-excited oscillation cavity, a lower self-excited oscillation cavity, an adjustment block and a lock nut. The torsional impact assembly includes an upper end cover, a reversing switch, a pendulum, a lower shell, a lower end cover, a nozzle, a connecting block and a retaining ring. The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.

A drill string rotation controller includes an anti-torque balance module, a TC bearing retaining ring, an upper TC bearing, an upper thrust ball bearing, an upper Haval ring, a middle seal retaining ring, an upper mandrel, an upper shell, a rotary control cylinder, an upper spring, a spline shell, a spline sleeve, a spline mandrel, a lower shell, a spring push sleeve, a lower spring, a floating piston, a lower mandrel, a bulkhead, a lower thrust ball bearing, a lower Haval ring, a lower TC bearing, a conversion joint, an anti-drop joint, a lower joint, and a control pin. The rotary control cylinder causes the spline sleeve to switch the transmission relationship between the spline mandrel and shell. Therefore, the drill string rotation controller controls the conversion between the composite drilling mode and the directional drilling mode.

Drill string rotation controller for directional drilling

An oil and gas fracturing tool is disclosed, mainly involving a fracking tool with an electromagnetic intelligent control sliding sleeve including an outer sleeve section, a dart body section and a control section. The outer sleeve section is at the target location to be fractured. The effect of fracturing is mainly achieved by the dart body, which has an activated state and an inactive state. The initial state is inactive, and the front locking tip can be deformed under pressure during displacement. The diameter can change to pass through any sliding sleeve. When the dart body is counted and is about to reach the fracturing position, the front locking tip is blocked from deformation and cannot be reduced in diameter, thus pressurizing to control the fracturing effect. The control part includes a sensor module, a drive module, a main control module and a power supply module.
