An electrophoretic display apparatus including a driving array substrate, a color filter layer, and an electrophoretic display film is provided. The driving array substrate has a plurality of display units. The color filter layer is disposed on the driving array substrate. The color filter layer includes a plurality of color filter patterns. Each of the display units corresponds to the color filter patterns of two different colors. The electrophoretic display film is between the driving array substrate and the color filter layer. The electrophoretic display film includes a plurality of display mediums. Each of the display mediums includes an electrophoretic liquid, a plurality of color charged particles, a plurality of black charged particles, and a plurality of white charged particles. A color of the color charged particles is different from colors of the color filter patterns.

A display panel includes a flexible substrate, a first conductive layer, an insulating layer, a second conductive layer and a display layer. The flexible substrate includes a central area and at least one peripheral area. The first conductive layer is disposed on the flexible substrate. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The insulating layer includes a central insulating portion and at least one peripheral insulating portion. The peripheral insulating portion is located above the peripheral area. The central insulating portion is located above the central area. The peripheral insulating portion is more flexible than the central insulating portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the insulating layer, and the insulating layer separates the first conductive layer from the second conductive layer. The display layer is disposed on the second conductive layer.

Display panel

A color display apparatus includes a driving substrate, a color filter, a display layer and an adhesive. The color filter is faced to the driving substrate. The color filter includes a substrate and a filter layer, and the filter layer is disposed on the substrate and faced to the driving substrate. The display layer is disposed between the driving substrate and the color filter, and an orthographic projection of the display layer projecting on the filter layer is surrounded by a periphery boundary of the filter layer. An interval is existed between the orthographic projection of the display layer projecting on the filter layer and the periphery boundary of the filter layer. Besides, the adhesive is disposed between the display layer and the color filter, and a periphery boundary of the display layer and the periphery boundary of the filter layer are surrounded by the adhesive.

Color display apparatus

A display device includes an active element array substrate, a display layer and a transparent shock absorption layer. The display layer is disposed on the active element array substrate. The transparent shock absorption layer is disposed on the display layer. The transparent shock absorption layer is formed by curing liquid adhesive material. A manufacturing method of display device is also provided.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A color filter includes a substrate and a plurality of pixel units. The substrate defines a plurality of pixel areas. Each pixel area has a plurality of first sub-pixel areas, and each first sub-pixel area has a first area and a second area. The pixel units are formed on the substrate corresponding to the pixel areas. Each pixel unit is disposed in a corresponding pixel area and includes a plurality of color subtractive filter films and a plurality of color additive filter films. The color subtractive filter films are disposed in the first areas of the first sub-pixel areas of the corresponding pixel area, and the color additive filter films are disposed in the second areas of the first sub-pixel areas of the corresponding pixel area. A color display device with the color filter is also disclosed.

Color filter and color display device using same

A display device including a thin film transistor array substrate, transparent electrode substrate and a display medium layer disposed therebetween is provided. The thin film transistor array substrate includes a plurality of thin film transistors with an oxide semiconductor layer respectively. In each thin film transistor, a gate electrode and a gate insulating layer are disposed on a substrate sequentially and the gate electrode is covered by the gate insulating layer. The oxide semiconductor layer is conformably covering on the gate insulating layer and has a channel region located above the gate electrode. A source electrode and a drain electrode of each thin film transistor are disposed on the oxide semiconductor layer and at one side of the channel region respectively. Since the oxide semiconductor layer is made of transparent material, the patterning process of the oxide semiconductor layer can be omitted during the manufacturing process of the reflective display device. Thus, the cost and time-consumed of manufacturing process of the reflective display device can be reduced.

Display device, thin film transistor array substrate and thin film transistor having oxide semiconductor

A display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a plurality of display units and a plurality of partitioning walls. The second substrate is disposed above the first substrate. The display units are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and each of the display units has a dielectric solvent. The partitioning walls are disposed between adjacent display units correspondingly, and a dielectric constant of each of the partitioning walls is less than that of the dielectric solvent adjacent thereto. Because the dielectric constant of the partition walls is less than that of the dielectric solvent adjacent to the partition wall, a capacitance value induced at the partition wall by a driving voltage can be decreased. Thus, crosstalk phenomena can be avoided in the display unit that is not driven.

Display device with improved display performance

A flexible display device includes a flexible substrate, a display layer, a first protecting layer, and at least one light-pervious polymer film. The display layer is arranged on the flexible substrate. The first protecting layer is arranged on the display layer. The at least one light-pervious polymer film is arranged on the first protecting layer. The light-pervious polymer film is used to protect the flexible display device from being damaged by external force.

Flexible display device

A method for fabricating flexible display device includes the following steps. Firstly, a rigid substrate is provided. Secondly, a sacrificing layer is formed on the rigid substrate. Thirdly, an element layer is formed on the sacrificing layer. Fourthly, the sacrificing layer is etched by a gas and then gasified, so that the element layer is separated from the rigid substrate. Then, the element layer is adhered to a flexible substrate. Because products generated by the sacrificing layer reacting with the gas are gases, the products can be removed by air exhaust for simplifying process. Thus, the cost of the process of fabricating flexible display device can be decreased.

Method for fabricating flexible display device

A digital X-ray detecting panel includes a wavelength transforming layer and a photoelectric detecting plate. The wavelength transforming layer is configured for transforming X-ray into visible light. The photoelectric detecting plate is disposed under the wavelength transforming layer. The photoelectric detecting plate includes a substrate and a number of photoelectric detecting units disposed on the substrate and arranged in an array. Each of the photoelectric detecting units includes a thin film transistor and a photodiode electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The thin film transistor has an oxide semiconductor layer. The digital X-ray detecting panel can avoid a photocurrent in the thin film transistor, and thereby improving detecting accuracy of the digital X-ray detecting panel. A method for manufacturing the digital X-ray detecting panel is also provided.

A color filter including a substrate, a plurality of pixel units and a transparent electrode layer is provided. The substrate has a plurality of pixel regions. Each pixel region has a plurality of first sub-pixel regions and a second sub-pixel region. Each pixel unit is disposed in one of the pixel regions corresponding thereto and includes a plurality of and a white filter film. Each color filter film is disposed in one of the first sub-pixel regions corresponding thereto and the white filter film is disposed in the second sub-pixel region. Since the area of the white filter film is larger than the area of each color filter film, the color filter has high light-transmittance. The transparent electrode layer is disposed on the pixel units. Furthermore, a color reflective display device with the color filter is disclosed.
