A postural awareness apparatus includes a pad, a signal producing system, and an activator that activates the signal producing system when a compressive force applied to the apparatus exceed a predetermined compressive force. The activator includes a switch having an upper portion, a compressible element having defined therein an opening, the compressible element at least partially surrounding the upper portion of the switch, and a cap adapted to secure the compressible element in a position at least partially surrounding the upper portion of the switch.

Postural awareness apparatus

Disclosed is an apparatus and methodology for detecting anomalies in cables within a tire structure. A plurality of magnetic field sensitive sensors are aligned within a magnetic field provided by a magnet. The alignment of sensors and magnet is such that flux lines from the magnet are generally parallel to the plane occupied by the magnetic sensors. A tire cable anomaly present between the magnetic field sensitive sensors produces a detectable difference in signals produced by the magnetic field sensitive sensors as a result of the formation of perpendicular flux patterns produced by the anomaly. A signal processing circuit receiving input signals from the sensors evaluates differences between the signals from each of the plurality of sensors by pairing the output signal from each sensor with the output signal from each of the others of the plurality of sensors and produces an output signal upon the differences meeting selected criteria. The output signal may include an externally measurable signal and/or may include a visual signal indicating presence of a tire anomaly.

Tire metallic cable anomaly detection method and apparatus

A postural awareness apparatus includes a pad, signal means for producing a signal, detection means for determining a weight applied to the pad and activating the signal means when the weight exceeds a predetermined weight, means for producing an output when the detection means determines the weight, and means for recording the output.

An exercise apparatus includes a pad, a signal generating element and an element for detecting a weight applied to the pad and activating the signal generating element when the weight so detected exceeds a predetermined weight.

Postural awareness device

Apparatus for molding statues or other objects of natural snow or other low pressure fusible materials includes front and rear mold sections which are slidably positioned with frames and a removable mold support is engagable with said frames. The mold sections are brought into cooperative engagement allowing the contained snow in each section to fuse into a unitary object after being packed with snow. The assembled sections are then uprighted and upon removal of the mold support the mold sections descend within their frames to rest on the ground where upon arcuate removal of the mold sections and frames provides a free standing snow figure or statue.
