An electric energy management system with thermoelectric power supply conversion function includes a controller, multiple first battery modules, a second battery module and a connection switching module. Each first battery module includes a first battery and a thermoelectric unit. The multiple first battery modules and the second battery module supply power to high-voltage equipment and low-voltage equipment, respectively. Connection ends of the multiple thermoelectric units are connected to the connection switching module. When the first batteries are discharging, the controller controls the connection switching module to make the thermoelectric units connected in series between the two series connection ends for supplying electric energy to the second connection end of the second battery module. The thermoelectric unit converts the thermal energy generated by the first battery and provides it to the low-voltage device, thereby reducing the electrical energy that the second battery module outputs and improving energy utilization efficiency.

Provided is a charging device having a thermoelectric device, including at least one battery unit. The at least one battery unit includes a battery and a thermoelectric module, wherein the battery is mounted on a first surface of the thermoelectric module and the battery contacts the first surface. When the thermoelectric module is provided with a supplying voltage through two voltage input terminals, a temperature difference is generated between a second surface of the thermoelectric module and the first surface, so that the thermoelectric module either heats up or cools down the battery depending on different battery temperatures and conditions, thus ensuring the charging efficiency and safety.

A process to manufacture a paper derived from minerals includes the steps of preparing a mineral preparation that includes 50% to 70% of total dry weight of rocks that have been crushed and ground into a powdery substance; combining the mineral preparation with a sodium silicate solution of total dry weight of 30% to 50%; and adding additives having a weight of 2% to 5% of a total dry weight. The powdery substance may have granules of about 0.05 mm to 0.08 mm in diameter and can be mixed with vitamin powder. The igneous rocks can be selected from the set of: dolostone, basalt, granite, gabbro, andesite, diorite, obsidian, pegmatite, peridotite, pumice, rylolite, and scoria. Sedimentary rocks can be selected from the set of: limestone, sandstone, conglomerate, shale, siltstone, brecca, gypsum, chert, travertine, flint, iron ore, rock salt, and oil shale.

A semiconductor device comprises a substrate, a patterned metal conductor layer over the substrate, and a passivation layer. The passivation layer may comprise a UV blocking, protection layer, over at least a portion of the substrate and patterned metal conductor layers, and a separation layer between the patterned metal conductor layer and the UV protection layer. The passivation layer may also comprise a gap-filling, hydrogen-blocking layer over the substrate, the patterned metal conductor layer and any UV protection layer.

A method for fabricating a semiconductor device includes providing a semiconductor substrate comprising a patterned metal conductor layer. To provide UV blocking, an overlying separation layer is formed over the substrate, and a UV blocking layer of silicon enriched oxide is formed over the separation layer. The UV blocking layer has a silicon atomic concentration sufficient for ultraviolet blocking. A gap-filling, hydrogen-blocking layer may be formed over the semiconductor substrate, and any the UV blocking layer, to prevent hydrogen from passing therethrough.
