A main object is to cope with an unknown structure substance thereby to identify the structure of a parent ion highly precisely and to derive a supposed structure. A method for analyzing mass spectrometric data is disclosed, which: acquires mass spectrometric data on an ionized sample and dissociated ions dissociated from the sample as a parent ion; derives dissociated ion candidates by analyzing the molecular orbits on the candidates of the structures of the parent ion; and displays the analytical results of the parent ion candidates and the dissociated ion candidates and compares the data of the dissociated ion candidates and the data of dissociated ions actually measured, to evaluate the structures of the parent ion candidates.

The lithographic apparatus comprising an original master on which a pattern is formed within a two-dimensional plane, a slit for filling a medium in the pattern, a medium sump for feeding the medium, a pressure regulating mechanism for adjusting the pressure of the medium filled in the slit, and a lithographic substrate. With this apparatus, the pattern can be batch-transferred, thereby making it possible to easily manufacture electronic parts.

A printer device includes a plurality of discharge electrodes provided in a slit to which ink containing charged pigment particles is supplied, a plurality of opposing electrodes opposing the plurality of discharge electrodes, a pulse electric field applicator for forming a pulse electric field between the plurality of discharge electrodes and the plurality of opposing electrodes, and auxiliary electrodes. The auxiliary electrodes are provided at both sides of respective ones of the plurality of discharge electrodes, and a high or low potential is applied to the auxiliary electrodes so as to cancel out an electric interaction between respective ones of the plurality of discharge electrodes.
