A distance interbody device for introducing a biomaterial to a vertebral body includes a shaped body and a dispense mechanism operable to dispense biomaterial. The shaped body includes a top side, a bottom side, and a lateral wall forming a peripheral wall that extends between the top and bottom sides. The shaped body is provided with at least one through channel and at least one anchoring element. The through channel includes an internal reservoir for the biomaterial. The through channel passes through the anchoring element to at least one outlet opening located in the at least one anchoring element.

Distance interbody device for introducing a biomaterial to a vertebral body and a method of its use

An interspinous process spacer implant includes first and second bodies each equipped with upper and lower projections. The implant also includes a hinge connecting central parts of the bodies to one another. The hinge allows the bodies to rotate relative to one another in a forward direction. The implant further includes an arresting mechanism that acts between the central parts of the bodies to block reverse rotation of the bodies relative to one another.

Interspinous process spacer implant

An intervertebral implant for mutual situating of adjacent vertebrae includes a cover and a driving mechanism mounted in the cover. The cover presents a manipulative hole and a seat. The driving mechanism is located in the seat and includes a rotational element with anchoring to engage a vertebra. The implant includes a connecting element located within the diameter of the manipulative hole and operable to be engaged by a driving tool.

Intervertebral implant for mutual situating of adjacent vertebrae

An unloading dynamic intervertebral device comprising a first bar and a second bar configured for providing an even, steady and adjustable decompression of the intervertebral interspinous space and for maintaining the distance between at least two vertebrae. The first bar may comprise a guideline with an elongated gap formed therein. The second bar may comprise a guide having at least one tang interposed within the elongated gap of the first bar, such that the first bar and the second bar are rotationally and slidably connected with each other about the tang. An end of the first bar and an opposing end of the second bar may comprise shaped bearings configured for bony elements of the spine. The first and second bar may be movable relative to each other between an open position and a closed position.

Unloading D-dynamic intervertebral device

The invention concerns a distance-keeping inter-process implant with a body ending in its posterior part with two opposite-situated resistance protrusions. In the anterior part of the body there are situated at least two wings, at least one of which is a mobile wing connected with the body by an articulated joint. Each wing is provided with at least one guide of the tensioning band. The articulated joint between the mobile wing and the body is formed by the mutually collaborating shaped surface of the. wing (and the shaped surface of the body and is usefully secured by the pin that constitutes the axis of rotation of the mobile wing. In an alternative version of the implementation of the implant, the mobile wing connected with the body is provided with at least one arm situated with respect to the wing at the angle &#x3b1; amounting to from 30&#xb0; to 150&#xb0;.

Distance-keeping inter-process implant

An intervertebral spinal implant includes a shaped body with a first bearing side, a second bearing side located opposite to the first bearing side, a front part, a rear part, a concave side and a convex side. The concave side and the convex side are both connected to the bearing sides as well as to the front part and the rear part. The first bearing side and the second bearing side are each provided with at least two projections for penetration within a vertebral body's wall. The projections are formed by elongated sliding-guiding runners which extend in a diverging manner from the concave side of the body towards the convex side of the body. The sliding-guiding runners extend in a curved manner so that they also extend from the concave side of the body towards the rear part of the body in addition to extending towards the convex side of the body. The sliding-guiding runners are provided with a smooth surface facing the convex side of the body and with a rough surface facing the concave side of the body.

Intervertebral spinal implant

A prosthesis of an anterior spinal column, comprising a perforated sleeve body () with at least one anchoring element, teeth and overgrowth holes and a positioner () situated within the body (). The body () has in its wall at least one manipulative hole () and at least one positioning hole (), whose longitudinal axes are parallel with each other. The positioner () comprises at least one situating element () cooperating with at least one positioning hole () of the body () and at least one hole () formed therethrough, which may be situated radially inward relative to the manipulative hole (). At least one end face () of the body () or/and body's wall are provided with at least one pair of opposite guidelines (). For introducing the prosthesis into the intervertebral space, a guiding instrument is used in the form of a rod with a shaped working element () at one end. The prosthesis may be implanted with the use of the prosthesis guiding instrument.

A device for use as an implant for surgical displacement of vertebrae, and that is comprised of two parts co-working in a sliding way: a sliding part with an internal thread and a carrier part, and also a driving element with an external thread which is located between the parts, is described. The driving element includes a head and the sliding part of the device includes a threaded guideline cooperating with the driving element and a seat of a diameter corresponding with the head's diameter and length greater than the head's length, and the carrier part has a seat of a diameter and length corresponding with the head's diameter and length.
