A pull ring unit is installed at the other end of the cantilever and operated together with a pull string and a plurality of pulleys to provide an up and down displacement stroke for pulling the support plate. Moreover, a rotating rod assembly is pivotally coupled to the bottom of the upright column, and the other end of the rotating rod assembly is pivotally coupled to the support plate. An assisted pushing unit is interposed between the rotating rod assembly and the base and has an adjustable pushing force to provide an appropriate upward pushing force to the support plate. In addition, a linking hook lever is coaxially coupled to a first pivot point of the rotating rod assembly and configured to be corresponsive to a hook post of the rotary latching plate for constantly locking the rotating rod assembly and maintaining the support plate at a low static position. In this way, the pull ring unit can be pulled to perform an expected motion when the support plate bears a gravitational force, the cantilever is pulled downwardly, and the linking hook lever is released from a locked status relative to the rotary latching plate. When the external force of the pull ring unit disappears, the support plate is descended by the gravitational force to resume its original position and locked to a low static position automatically.

A smart seat mechanism of an exercise equipment includes a parallel four-link rod cushion module having a cushion with an electrically adjustable height position, a lead screw, a lift tube, and an electric motor. The smart seat mechanism is operated together with an electronic control panel having a built-in program, so that a user can adjust the height of the cushion freely according to the user's figure and height and the comfort of use. The electric motor is set by the built-in program of the electronic control panel, such that the cushion is descended to the lowest position automatically before/after exercise, to facilitate the user to get on/off the exercise equipment. A control arrangement of an exercise equipment comprising at least one apparatus for measuring the physiological data, a portable electronic unit, and an electric exercise apparatus. The apparatus for measuring the physiological data includes a data output unit. The portable electronic unit includes a data transmission unit having the input/output function. An exercise management APP-program is built in the portable electronic unit. The exercise apparatus includes an electronic control panel with a data transmission unit and a corresponding exercise management APP-program. Once the apparatus for measuring the physiological data gets the basic physiological data (such as weight or heart rate) of a certain person, these will be immediately transmitted to the portable electronic unit. Meanwhile, an extra exercise session for the certain person will be created by the exercise management APP-program built within the portable electronic unit according to the personal physiological parameters. Thereafter, the extra exercise session will be transmitted to the electronic control panel so that the electronic control panel can control the exercise apparatus to run the above-mentioned exercise session.

A cushioning mechanism of a treadmill is interposed with an auxiliary plate between a base frame and the running board. The cushioning mechanism includes two hanging support pieces, two hanging swing pieces, and a flexible elastic element. When the running board is subject to a downward force and sinks, the flexible elastic element will be pulled and expanded externally. When the external force is eliminated, the running board will be returned back to its original position by the self-restoring ability of the flexible elastic element. In this way, an expected and optimal cushioning effect is achieved.

The buckle mechanism includes a lever, two positioning covers, two buckle plates and two torsion springs, and the lever is provided for snapping a protruding pellet into a buckle notch of the buckle plate to achieve the effect of fixing and releasing the buckle between the tabletop and the outer support stand.

A side-supporting type folding mechanism for a treadmill having a rotating shaft pivotally disposed at the bottom of a base frame of the treadmill. Both sides of the rotating shaft are provided with a wing panel. The other end of the wing panel is supported by a pneumatic cylinder. Meanwhile, the center of the wing panel is pivotally connected with a top rod such that another end of the top rod pushes a rotating disc movable with the handrail. In addition, the center of the rotating shaft is connected with an auxiliary support having ground-touching rollers. Meanwhile, the pivot joints among the pneumatic cylinder, the wing panel and the top rod are disposed at a position of the same axle line. In this way, a potential great shear stress created between the supporting elements can be eliminated when the treadmill is folded in a folded position. Thus, the service life of the supporting elements can be extended.
