Provided are a polypeptide for tumor immunotherapy and use thereof. The polypeptide includes at least one polypeptide in a first peptide group, and optionally, at least one polypeptide in a second peptide group, the first peptide group includes polypeptides having amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 6, and first derivative peptides thereof, and the second peptide group includes polypeptides having amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 7 to SEQ ID NO: 15, and second derivative peptides thereof. Further provided are an isolated nucleic acid, a construct, an expression vector, a host cell, a pharmaceutical composition, an antigen-presenting cell, an immune effector cell, a tumor vaccine, use of the polypeptide in the preparation of drugs for preventing or treating tumors, and a method for treating a patient suffering from tumors.

Tumor immunotherapy polypeptide and application thereof

A splicing screen includes a connecting plate and two sub-displays. The sub-display screens include gate signal lines, data lines, and first pads, each of which is electrically connected to a data line or a gate signal line. The connecting plate is arranged on one side of the sub-display screen facing away from a light-emitting side thereof. Two first pads connected to the data lines or gate signal lines of two sub-display screens that are spliced are connected in pair by the connecting plate. By utilizing pads and the connection plate to achieve a communication between the signal lines in the sub-display screens without needing, a drive circuit at an edge of each sub-display screen, a width of the non-display area at the splicing slit is reduced. The first pads are provided at one side of the sub-display screen facing the connecting plate, which reduces the width of the splicing slit.

The transistors include a low leakage current thin-film transistor including a semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer. A material of the first semiconductor layer or the second semiconductor is low-temperature polysilicon, and a material of the other has a carrier mobility less than a carrier mobility of the low-temperature polysilicon.

Method of fabricating array substrate

A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes: forming a flexible substrate on a display area and a welding area of a glass substrate; sequentially forming a switch array layer and an organic light-emitting display layer on the flexible substrate and an edge area of the glass substrate; patterning the switch array layer, such that a switching element and a metal wire are respectively formed on the display area and the welding area, and a portion of the switch array layer and the organic light-emitting display layer on the edge area are removed.
