A region-of-interest extraction method and an apparatus, and a device, a system and a storage medium are provided. The region-of-interest extraction method is applied to an X-ray imaging system. The X-ray imaging system includes a detector and an array X-ray source, the array X-ray source includes a plurality of X-ray sources having different projection angles, and imaging regions corresponding to the plurality of X-ray sources are formed on the detector. The method includes: acquiring geometric position parameters corresponding to the plurality of X-ray sources; grouping the plurality of X-ray sources according to the geometric position parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources, determining at least one X-ray source group, and imaging regions of X-ray sources in the same X-ray source group not overlapping with each other; combining the imaging regions of the X-ray sources in each of the at least one X-ray source group, so as to determine a combined imaging region corresponding to each of the at least one X-ray source group; and performing region-of-interest extraction on projection data in the combined imaging region corresponding to each of the at least one X-ray source group.

Region-of-interest extraction method and apparatus, and device, system and storage medium

A method include obtaining original projection data of an object. The original projection data may be acquired by scanning the object using a radiation device from one or more projection views. The original projection data may include truncation projection data that is acquired from at least one of the one or more projection views. In each of the at least one of the one or more projection views a truncation region of the object may be located outside an FOV of the radiation device. The method may include obtaining a target S-shaped extrapolation function based on the original projection data. The method may include determining, based on the target S-shaped extrapolation function and the original projection data, extended projection data corresponding to the at least one truncation region. The method may include generating an image of the object based on the original projection data and the extended projection data.

The present disclosure relates to a method for generating an image. The method may include obtaining a preliminary image of an object. The method may include determining a plurality of point radiation sources of at least one array radiation source at least partially based on an ROI of the object. The method may include determining at least one scanning parameter associated with the plurality of point radiation sources based on the preliminary image. The method may include causing the plurality of point radiation sources to emit radiation beams to the ROI to generate scan data relating to the ROI based on the at least one scanning parameter. Based on the plurality of point pairs, a third region on the first image and a fourth region on the second image may be determined. Finally, a third image may be generated based on the first image and the second image, wherein the third region of the first image may overlap with the fourth region of the second image in the third image.

A reconstructed image including an artifact may be reconstructed based on the processed projection image. The artifact may be a detector edge artifact, a projection object edge artifact, and a serrated artifact. The detector edge artifact, the projection object edge artifact, and the serrated artifact may be removed from the reconstructed image.
