The disclosure provides a catalyst system and a method for ethylene oligomerization using this. The catalyst system contains: ligand a, containing carbene groups of imidazole ring type; transition metal compound b, that is one of IVB&#x2dc;VIII group metal compounds; activator c, that is a compound containing III A group metals; the ligand a contains at least one group as shown in general formula I: in which, bridging group A contains a main chain including alkyl, alkenyl, aryl groups or the combination of them and the first heteratom; E is a linear or cyclic group containing the second heteroatom; R is a hydrocarbyl group. The catalyst system is especially used for trimerization and tetramerization of ethylene. The catalyst system has high selectivity for 1-hexene and 1-octene, low selectivity for 1-butene and 1-C, and the total percent content of C&#x2dc;Clinear &#x25a1;&#x3b1;-olefin in the product is more than 90% by mass.

The method computer program products, and systems can include, for instance: receiving, by a Network Virtualization Edge (NVE) of a first virtual network (VN), a multicast packet from a virtual machine (VM) of the first virtual network (VN); determining, by the NVE, whether the NVE currently supports forwarding the multicast packet to a second NVE of a second virtual network (VN), the second virtual network (VN) being logically separated from the first virtual network (VN); responsively to determining that the NVE currently supports forwarding the multicast packet to a second NVE of a second virtual network (VN) forwarding, by the NVE, the multicast packet to the second NVE.

Serializers and deserializers for odd ratio parallel data buses are disclosed. In one embodiment, serializers and deserializers operating with an odd number of parallel data bits work with a half-rate clock to provide a serial data stream at a full clock rate. By providing a half-rate clock, power and area are conserved on the integrated circuit incorporating the serializer. Additionally, by providing a 7:1 serializer, the bus is now compatible with the MIPI C-PHY standard.

A feed-forward bias circuit biases body bias terminals of transistors of another circuit to compensate for PVT variations in the other circuit. In some aspects, the feed-forward bias circuit compensates for transistor process corners in a circuit by enabling the generation of different bias signals under different corner conditions. In some implementations, the feed-forward bias circuit is used to bias a delay circuit so that the delay circuit exhibits relatively constant delay characteristics over different PVT conditions.

System, methods and apparatus are described that improve signaling in a three-wire multiphase communication link. A method for data communications includes determining a transition in signaling state of three wires of a communication link between a pair of consecutive symbols transmitted on the communication link, and enhancing or attenuating energy of a signal prior to the transition in signaling state of the three wires when the transition in signaling state includes a change in signaling state of a wire on which the signal is transmitted. Each symbol may define a different signaling state of the three wires of the communication link. For each symbol transmitted, two of the three wires are differentially encoded and the third wire is in a neutral state. Different wires are differentially encoded during transmission of consecutive symbols.
