A toilet with a flushable overflow drain includes a bowl and a primary drain connected to the bowl to receive fluid therefrom and having a primary drain trap. An overflow drain including an overflow drain trap is connected to the bowl at one end thereof and is connected at a second end to the primary drain at a location downstream of the primary drain trap. An overflow drain flush passage is connected to the overflow drain at a position upstream of the overflow drain trap. Accordingly, water can be directed through the overflow drain flush passage and into the overflow drain to flush the overflow drain and the overflow drain trap free of debris to prevent clogging.

A chemical dispensing apparatus to deliver a treatment solution includes a housing configured to be mounted to a wall surface and main fluid passage fitted with an inlet hose coupling at one end and an outlet hose coupling at an opposite end. A control valve is disposed across the main fluid passage at an upstream location and a flap valve is disposed across the main fluid passage at a downstream location of the control valve. A chemical mixing fluid passage is connected at one end to the first control valve and connected at an opposite end to the flap valve. A siphon tube connects a fluid accumulator and the chemical mixing fluid passage such that a flow of fluid through the chemical mixing passage results in liquid chemical contained in the fluid accumulator being drawn through the siphon tube into the flow of fluid through chemical mixing fluid passage.

Chemical dispenser

A chemical dispensing apparatus includes a housing that is connectable to a source of water, such as a standard garden hose and a chemical dispenser configured to mix a chemical concentrate with the source of water as it flows through the housing and dispensed from the housing from either a sprinkler head or a misting nozzle. Various configurations of fluid passages and water flow are disclosed.

Yard and garden chemical dispenser

A novel pet care device for walking a dog is provided. The device integrates many pet care items that are necessary while walking a dog into a unitary device that is simple to operate and provides a new convenience to the dog owner. In certain embodiments, the device includes an integrated retractable leash, a flashlight, fluid spraying to dispose of pet waste, a source of fresh drinking water, and a water bowl from which a dog may drink the water.

A chemical dispensing apparatus includes a housing that is connectable to a source of water, such as a standard garden hose, and an internal space in which is disposed a rotatable container containing a quantity of chemical concentrate to be mixed with the source of water as it flows through the housing and is dispensed from the housing from a sprinkler head or misting nozzle. The flow of water through the housing powers a water turbine which is connected to the rotatable container, such that the container is rotated as water flows through the housing. In an alternative embodiment, the water turbine is replaced with an electric motor. Rotation of the container cause the chemical concentrate to dissolve which is then mixed with the water before it is dispensed through the sprinkler or mister.

A powered, spray cleaning device that can be operated in an inverted orientation is provided. The cleaning device includes a cleaning head and an elongated handle configured to be grasped by a user. A container of cleaning solution is removably received by the handle, and when received by the handle, fluid from the container fills a fluid accumulator. Fluid in the fluid accumulator is prevented from flowing back into the container when the device is inverted, thus allowing the device to spray fluid when inverted.

Combined hand held surface cleaning and powered spray device

An apparatus for removing waste material from a surface is provided. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a vacuum suction head and a waste receptacle for storing waste material that are vacuumed through the suction opening head. The waste receptacle has a discharge port through which waste material stored within said waste receptacle may be discharged for emptying said waste receptacle. Chemical solution held in a fluid reservoir is pumped to one or more fluid nozzles to break up material during, before or prior to vacuuming.

Apparatus for cleaning waste from a surface

A window and glass cleaning device includes a cleaning head and an elongated handle configured to be grasped by a user. The handle has a first end connected to the cleaning head and a second end configured to be connected to an extension handle. A fluid container is housed by the handle, and a spray nozzle is carried by said handle at a position approximate the first end of the handle. A pump is carried by the handle and connects the fluid container to the spray nozzle. The pump includes a pump actuator. An electric motor is carried by the handle and is operatively connected to pump actuator to drive the pump actuator in the pumping of fluid from the container through the spray nozzle. A power source and an electric switch are carried by the handle. The electrical switch is operatively connected to the power source and to the electric motor and is operable by the user to connect the power source to the electric motor to facilitate the pumping of said fluid through said spray nozzle.

Glass and window cleaning apparatus

A device for collecting waste and for disintegrating and self-cleaning and evacuating waste, the device including a waste collection system for collecting the waste, a fluid dispensing system for disintegrating the waste which is collected by the waste collection system, and a discharge system for evacuating the disintegrated waste from the device.

Self-evacuating vacuum device

An apparatus for removing waste material from a surface is provided. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a vacuum suction head and a waste receptacle for storing waste material that are vacuumed through the suction opening head. The waste receptacle has a discharge port through which waste material stored within said waste receptacle may be discharged for emptying said waste receptacle. A fluid passage is configured at one end to be connected to a source of pressurized water by a garden hose. A first spray nozzle is connected to an end of the fluid passage and configured to jet fluid from the fluid passage in a direction away from an operator and against material on the surface.

The invention is directed to a formulation and method for treating solid waste from animals. The formulation comprises a surfactant having antimicrobial activity, preferably a cationic surfactant, and a solvent, preferably water. The preferred cationic surfactant is a quaternary ammonium compound. The formulation may further include one or more of acids, bases, enzymes, oxidizing agents, foamants, colorants, and/or fragrances. The formulation is prepared as a concentrate composition for use with a suitable diluent, such as water. The diluted composition is applied to the waste as a pressurized jet of fluid, such as using a sprayer attached to a garden hose. The result is that the solid waste is substantially sanitized, disintegrated and/or deodorized.

Formulation and method for treating animal waste

A self-cleaning wet dry vacuum cleaning device for collecting and disposing of waste material and specifically animal waste, the device including a waste collection system for collecting and breaking up the waste, the waste collection system including a self-cleaning intake nozzle, a vacuum in communication with the waste collection system for providing suction to the intake nozzle, a waste storage system in communication with the vacuum for storing waste vacuumed into the intake nozzle, a fluid dispensing system having a fluid reservoir including a piston system, the piston system for consistently dispensing fluid from the fluid reservoir to the intake nozzle and a leash system, all of which are all integrated with or removably engageable with the device's body.
