An integrated credential-based scalable communication system is disclosed providing remote access to a physical site. The system includes a dashboard in electronic communication with a server. The server is configured to receive an access request from a remote user, assign the remote user a credential having an access profile, and transmit an authorization request to the dashboard which displays it for approval by an authorizing agent. The server is configured to receive a live stream from the dashboard module, parse the live stream based on the access profile, and, upon approval by the authorizing agent, transmit a parsed portion of the live stream to the remote user. The dashboard is configured for the authorizing agent to independently modify the access profile and credential, and terminate the live stream. The dashboard includes a switch that prevents the live stream from being transmitted by the dashboard to the server.

Integrated credential-based scalable communication system providing remote access to a physical site

A clamp assembly for orthopedic use having a housing that includes a top surface, a recess, a distal base and a bottom surface, the recess defining a longitudinal axis and extending through the housing from the top surface through the distal base and toward the bottom surface, and at least two through slots, each one of being disposed at a bottom or a side a surface of the housing. The assembly including a securement assembly positionable within the recess in a co-axial relationship to a mating surface on the recess, and a band sized for travel along a predetermined path defined in part by the through slots in the housing, wherein at least one of the through slots is a starting point for travel of the band along the predetermined path.

Orthopedic tethered implants and system

A system and methods for gathering, tensioning, and clamping a plurality of suture leads may be used for any of a range of possible surgical applications. The system includes a suture clamp assembly that includes receptacle and plug components, wherein suture leads passed into the receptacle are secured when the plug is inserted into the receptacle to lock the suture leads in place, a gathering suture that includes a gathering loop, an instrument for securement of the plurality of suture leads, and optionally an anchor affixed to the gathering suture. The system may be used to address rotator cuff repairs, labral repair, biceps tenodesis, acromioclavicular joint stabilization, and applications in other joints and bones within a body.

Suture tensioning and securement device, system, and methods

A spine stabilization system having a base plate having a plurality of screw holes and a plurality of corresponding screw locking mechanisms. The present invention also provides an extension plate having a plurality of screw holes and corresponding screw locking mechanisms. The extension plate is dimensioned and configured with an extension portion, the extension portion having a screw hole and a screw locking mechanism and a finger portion having a connection element and to contact and connect with the base plate. The base plate is provided a graft window having edges, wherein at least one of the edges being configured to receive and connect with the connection element.

Cervical spine stabilization system with extendable plates

A bone anchor system may include a bone anchor assembly and a driver tool. The bone anchor assembly may generally include a bone screw, a collar member, and a tulip member. The collar member may include first and second retaining arms configured to receive a retaining feature of the driver tool. The driver tool may be removably couplable to the bone anchor assembly by inserting the retention feature between the first and second retaining arms of the collar member, such that the retention feature is retained by the first and second retaining arms of the collar member.

Spinal surgery systems and methods

A compression fastener system includes an elongate generally rigid coupling component, a toggle anchor at the distal end of the coupling component that can pivot about 90 degrees between inline and out of line with the coupling component, and a generally cylindrical collet that is engageable with a surface of the coupling component, and having two or more legs that splay upon passage of the coupling component through the collet, at least one leg having a cutting edge along at least a portion of its length that can engage with an adjacent rigid element, such as bone, to fix the rigid coupling component, toggle anchor and collet assembly into compression with the rigid element.

An intervertebral spacer may include a superior surface configured to engage a superior vertebral body, an inferior surface configured to engage an inferior vertebral body, and a peripheral wall extending from the superior surface to the inferior surface. A proximal end of the peripheral wall may include with a cam surface that is rotatable against a complementary cam surface of an inserter tool such that a first force causes the intervertebral spacer to pivot, relative to the inserter tool, about a pivot point associated with the cam surface.
