A radome-reflector assembly includes a generally domed reflector having a peripheral rim and a radome assembly. The radome assembly includes: an annular ring having a front wall and a side wall: a disk that fits within the ring: and an RF-compliant absorber, wherein the rim of the reflector fits within the side wall. The radome assembly further comprises a clip that engages the rim and the ring to secure the reflector to the radome assembly.

Antenna cover and methods of retention

Microwave antenna systems include a parabolic reflector antenna and a dual-band feed assembly. The dual-band feed assembly includes a coaxial waveguide structure and a sub-reflector. The coaxial waveguide structure includes a central waveguide and an outer waveguide that circumferentially surrounds the central waveguide. The sub-reflector is mounted proximate the distal end of the coaxial waveguide structure.

Dual-band parabolic reflector microwave antenna systems

A microwave antenna includes an antenna housing and a radome fabric attached to the housing, which is configured to pass microwave electromagnetic signals therethrough. The radome fabric has an opening formed therein. A vent component is attached to the radome fabric so as to cover the opening in the radome fabric when the radome fabric is viewed from an elevation view in a direction parallel to an axis extending through and perpendicular to the opening in the radome fabric. The vent component is configured to allow air to pass between the atmosphere and the antenna housing.
