A structural assembly such as for use in constructing a living space of a recreational vehicle includes a wall with vertical rails at the top and bottom. The rails fitting into complementary recess within floor and ceiling members. The bottom rail has a curved cross section and fits into a complementary shaped curved channel in a floor member such that to assemble the wall to the floor, the wall is rested on the floor member at an angle and is then tilted upright to lock it to the floor member. A first keeper is then placed into a gap between the wall and the floor member, and acts in compression to prevent rotation of the wall. A second keeper has portions that fit into recesses in the wall and the ceiling members, respectively. The second keeper acts in tension to prevent vertical separation of the wall and the ceiling.

Articulating interlocking structural extrusions for recreational vehicles and the like

A chassis for a recreational vehicle having an open lattice structure includes a pair of central longitudinal support units, each including a pair of vertically spaced bearing members that are interconnected to provide vertical rigidity. A pair of side longitudinal support units extend parallel to the central longitudinal support units and also include a pair of vertically spaced bearing members interconnected to provide vertical rigidity. The central longitudinal support unit includes a further lower bottom member positioned at the same vertical distance as the lower side longitudinal support bearing member. Interconnecting members provide both vertical and horizontal rigidity so that a stable chassis platform is provided without requiring additional structural support and strength from any hull built thereon.

Recreational vehicle chassis

A liquid cooled brake system for motor vehicles. A mounting bracket having a plurality of mounting members is adapted to be fixedly mounted to an axle spindle assembly. The mounting bracket is adapted to support at least a first stator, a rotor, and at least one caliper assembly. The stator includes a cavity for carrying the cooling liquid that may include a plurality of flow obstacles to reduce the cooling liquid flow velocity so as to enhance the cooling capacity of the system. The stator may also incorporate a plurality of heat sink structures arranged about the stator.
