The present disclosure provides a synergistic system and protocol for stress management and reduction in a person in need thereof. In particular, an improved system and method for relaxing, reducing stress in, and improving the well-being of an individual is disclosed such that after treatment or use of the system the individual can recall or come back to a decreased stress state obtained during treatment, thereby reducing their present stress level. It is an objective of the present invention to provide a non-pharmaceutical method and system of treatment that merges several stress reduction methods into an effective treatment protocol that can be used in a variety of environments and on any age of individual as a means to reduce anxiety and stress.

System and method of stress reduction

An amplifier including a first gain level is provided. An analog input is provided to the amplifier. An analog output from the amplifier is converted to a digital output. The digital output is analyzed to detect a level of the analog output exceeding a threshold. A second gain level of the amplifier is set lower than the first gain level. An interface is provided to adjust the threshold. A signature of the analog output is identified. A library comprising a plurality of signatures is provided including the signature of the analog output. The signature of the analog output is compared to the plurality of signatures to determine when to reset the first gain level of the amplifier. The level of the digital signal is monitored to determine when to reset the first gain level of the amplifier. The first and second gain levels are set using a digital signal processor.

A time code signal is transmitted. An audio input is provided. An audio signal is received through the audio input. A first time code signal is generated. A value of the first time code signal is displayed on a display. A data stream including the audio signal with the first time code signal superimposed on the audio signal is generated. The data stream is transmitted to a first external device. An interruptible feedback signal is transmitted to the first external device or a second external device. A talkback signal is transmitted between a second external device and a third external device. A second time code signal is received from a second external device and the first time code signal is synchronized with the second time code signal. An interface is provided for noting the value of the first time code signal.
