A computer-based method for collecting digital wallet data from a digital wallet transaction initiated by a user is provided. The method includes receiving registration data for a user in response to the user registering into a digital wallet application, wherein the registration data includes demographic data and device registration data including a device identifier used for identifying the user device when in communication with another computing device. The method also includes storing the registration data within at least one memory device and receiving digital wallet data as part of a digital wallet transaction initiated by the user using the digital wallet application on the user device, wherein the digital wallet data includes transaction data, device communication data, and biometric data. The method further includes comparing the digital wallet data to the registration data and linking the digital wallet data within the at least one memory device to the registration data.

Systems and methods for collecting device data from digital wallet authentications

A host computing device includes a processor and a memory. The host computing device is configured to receive geolocation data indicating a current location of a user computing device. The host computing device further receives a user identifier corresponding to the user. The host computing device identifies a merchant associated with the current location of the user computing device and retrieves user data associated with the user identifier. The host computing device generates a user profile message based on the user data and transmits the user profile message to a dynamic menu computing device operating a dynamic menu application. The user profile message activates the dynamic menu application and causes the dynamic menu application to display a customized list of menu items based on the user profile message.

Systems and methods for dynamic generation of customized product listings

Systems and methods are provided for use in enhancing security associated with services related to payment or banking accounts, in connection with communication between consumers and consumer service call centers associated with the accounts. One exemplary method includes receiving, at a computing device, a request to authenticate a consumer to a payment or banking account from a call center associated with consumer services for the account, and soliciting a biometric from the consumer. The method also includes receiving biometric data from a communication device associated with the consumer relating to the solicited biometric, and confirming the received biometric data based on reference biometric data for the consumer. The method then further includes transmitting an authentication confirmation to the call center, when the received biometric data is confirmed, whereby the call center is able to proceed in providing the consumer services to the consumer with or without security questions.

Systems and processes for automatically configuring user authentication rules for each of a plurality of users for use in transactions. A neural network engine receives first party preferences data from a first party computer that includes user authentication requirement criteria associated with a plurality of transaction types, and receives at least two of user behavior data, user historical data, authenticator data associated with a mobile device of the user, and mobile device metadata. The neural network engine then generates an output value based on this data, transmits the output value to a score comparator for comparison to a required score specified by the first party, and receives feedback data from the score comparator when the output value is not within a tolerance of the required score. When the output value is within the tolerance, then the neural network engine generates user authentication rules recommendations and transmits them to the first party computer.

Methods and systems for automatically configuring user authentication rules

A data synchronization (DS) computing device is described herein, the DS computing device configured to retrieve an update request from a queue, the update request including a key value and a requesting party identifier. The key value identifies at least one data record. The DS computing device is also configured to identify key lookup data associated with the update request, the key lookup data including one or more updated data record elements, and determine whether a release is needed from at least one stakeholder associated with the key value. The DS computing device is configured to transmit a release request to the stakeholder, when the release is needed. The DS computing device is further configured to receive a release response from the stakeholder, the release response indicating that the release has been authorized, and transmit an update response to the requesting party, the update response including the key lookup data.
