A ball bearing that provides an inner race, an outer race, at least one row of balls and at least one cage for spacing apart the row of balls and having a wire extending inside a rolling space delimited by the outer race and the inner race. The bearing also provides at least one seal that includes coupling means for fastening to the wire of the cage.

The bearing provides an inner race, an outer race, at least one row of rolling elements, and at least one cage for spacing apart the row of rolling elements. The bearing further provides at least one seal that includes means for hooking which are configured to permit the retention of the seal on the cage in at least two predetermined axial hooking positions relative to the outer and inner races.

A cage for a ball bearing is provided with a wire having a first group of heels spaced apart in the circumferential direction and form a first discontinuous ring, a second group of heels spaced apart in the circumferential direction and form a second discontinuous ring, and a plurality of connecting portions extending between one of the heels of the first group and second group. The connecting portions and the heels of the first group and/or the second group delimit a plurality of spaces each intended to receive a ball of the bearing. The cage also provides at least one interposed part disposed inside each space and is provided with a body for accommodating a ball and coupling means for fastening the body to at least one of the connecting portions of the wire. Each of the bodies of the interposed parts fully positioned in the circumferential direction.

The bearing provides an outer ring, an inner ring, at least one seal to one of the rings and cooperating with the other ring, and at least one sealing flange. The sealing flange includes a fixing portion to fix the flange to the other ring, an end portion and a connecting portion to connect the fixing portion and end portion. The end portion of the flange is curved and disposed axially facing the connecting portion. The curved end portion and connecting portion define an annular space that open radially towards the other ring. The curved end portion is mounted axially in contact against an outer lateral face of the seal.

Bearing having a sealing flange

An instrumented rolling bearing, comprising an outer ring and an inner ring having a rolling bearing chamber delimited therebetween. Rolling bodies are positioned in the rolling bearing chamber while being maintained by a rolling bearing cage. The rolling bearing further comprises a measuring device including at least one sensor suitable for measuring at least one operating parameter of the instrumented rolling bearing, the measuring device being at least partially integrated into the rolling bearing chamber bearing cage. The measuring device further comprises at least one cable or antenna that extends along the rolling bearing cage in the rolling bearing chamber. A method for manufacturing one such instrumented rolling bearing is also disclosed.

A cage for a rolling bearing, wherein the cage is intended to ensure the circumferential spacing of a row of rolling elements. The cage comprises pockets for the rolling elements and connecting portions, each connecting portion connecting two successive pockets. At least one of the connecting portions is elastically deformable at least in a circumferential direction so as to allow the two associated pockets to move relative to one another in the circumferential direction.

A chain or belt tensioning roller or winder device having a rolling bearing, the rolling bearing comprising an inner ring, an outer ring and at least one row of rolling elements mounted between the rings. The pulley is overmolded onto the outer ring and with a fixing screw axially immobilized with respect to the rolling bearing. The device comprises a sleeve overmolded inside the bore of the inner ring and provided with a through-bore for mounting the fixing screw. The sleeve is provided with means of axially retaining the fixing screw inside the through-bore of the sleeve.

A cage for a rolling bearing, wherein the cage is intended to ensure the circumferential spacing of a row of rolling elements. The cage comprises pockets for the rolling elements and connecting tabs. Each connecting tab connects two successive pockets. At least one recess is formed in a thickness of at least one of the tabs.

An instrumented bearing, which includes an outer race and an inner race between which a rolling chamber is delimited. Rolling bodies are disposed in the rolling chamber. The bearing additionally includes a member isolating the rolling chamber from the outside; and a measuring device including at least one sensor adapted to measure at least one operating parameter of the instrumented bearing. At least one measuring device can be mounted to the member isolating the rolling chamber from the outside.

A rolling bearing comprising an outer ring, an inner ring, at least one row of rolling elements disposed radially between the rings, at least one sealing flange mounted in a manner to bear axially against a front surface of one of the rings, and a feature for fixing the sealing flange to the ring. The fixing feature at least locally covers a region of the front surface of the ring that is left free by the sealing flange and a part of the flange that is adjacent to the region. The fixing feature is annular.

A rolling element bearing comprising inner and outer rings; a plurality of rolling elements disposed between opposing surfaces of the inner and outer rings; and a bearing shield comprising a first member having an annular surface facing the plurality of rolling elements, the first member either (1) extending from the inner ring towards the outer ring (defining a gap between the first member and the outer ring) and the inner ring having a low surface energy surface adjacent the gap, or (2) extending from the outer ring towards the inner ring (defining a gap between the first member and the inner ring) and the inner ring comprises a low energy surface adjacent the gap. The low energy surfaces each have a surface energy of &#x2266;0.028 N/m.

The bearing provides an outer ring, an inner ring, at least one seal fixed to one of the rings and cooperating with the other ring, and at least one sealing flange fixed on the other ring. Flange is at least partly elastically deformable in the axial direction. Flange is axially mounted in contact against an outer lateral face of the seal. At least one local deformation is provided to the sealing flange to support elastically deformation of the flange. The sealing flange further provides at least one protrusion that axially extends beyond the local deformation.

A rolling bearing comprising an outer ring, an inner ring, at least one row of rolling elements that are disposed radially between the rings, at least one seal forming a first sealing component that is fixed to one of the rings and engages with the other ring, and at least one flange forming a second sealing component that is fixed to the other ring and is offset axially with respect to the seal on the outer side of the bearing. At least one of the first and second sealing components comprises at least two annular ribs, the other sealing component being mounted axially in contact therewith. At least one closed annular space is delimited by the ribs and by the other sealing component. At least one lubricant is disposed inside the space.
