A catalyst which comprises an amorphous support based on alumina, a C1-C4 dialkyl succinate, citric acid and optionally acetic acid, phosphorus and a hydrodehydrogenating function comprising at least one element from group VIII and at least one element from group VIB; the most intense bands comprised in the Raman spectrum of the catalyst are characteristic of Keggin heteropolyanions (974 and/or 990 cm), C1-C4 dialkyl succinate and citric acid (in particular 785 and 956 cm). Also a process for preparing said catalyst in which a catalytic precursor in the dried, calcined or regenerated state containing the elements of the hydrodehydrogenating function, and optionally phosphorus, is impregnated with an impregnation solution comprising at least one C1-C4 dialkyl succinate, citric acid and optionally at least one compound of phosphorus and optionally acetic acid, and is then dried. Further, the use of said catalyst in any hydrotreatment process.

Catalyst for use in hydrotreatment, comprising metals from groups VIII and VIB, and preparation with citric acid and C1-C4 dialkyl succinate

A process for the preparation of a catalyst from a catalytic precursor comprising a support based on alumina and/or silica-alumina and/or zeolite and comprising at least one element of group VIB and optionally at least one element of group VIII, by impregnation of said precursor with a solution of a C1-C4 dialkyl succinate. An impregnation step for impregnation of said precursor which is dried, calcined or regenerated, with at least one solution containing at least one carboxylic acid other than acetic acid, then maturing and drying at a temperature less than or equal to 200&#xb0; C., optionally a heat treatment at a temperature lower than 350&#xb0; C., followed by an impregnation step with a solution containing at least one C1-C4 dialkyl succinate followed by maturing and drying at a temperature less than 200&#xb0; C. without subsequent calcination step. The catalyst is used in hydrotreatment and/or hydroconversion.

Process for hydrocracking and/or hydrotreatment of hydrocarbon feeds utilizing a catalyst comprising at least one hydro-dehydrogenating element of group VIB and of non-precious group VIII used alone or mixed, and a support comprising at least one porous mineral matrix and at least one dealuminated USY zeolite having an overall silicon-to-aluminium atomic ratio comprised between 2.5 and 10, a fraction by weight of extra-network aluminium atom greater than 10% relative to the total mass of the aluminium present in the zeolite, a mesopore volume measured by nitrogen porosimetry greater than 0.07 ml.g, and a crystal parameter aof the elemental mesh greater than 24.28 &#x212b;, in which a quantity of the element nickel comprised between 0.5 and 3% by weight relative to the total mass of the zeolite is deposited on said USY zeolite and in which said catalyst is in the sulphide form.

Hydrocracking process using a zeolite catalyst containing two distinct hydrogenating functions

The invention concerns a catalyst containing a support comprising at least one binder and at least one zeolite having at least one series of channels the opening of which is defined by a ring containing 12 oxygen atoms, said catalyst comprising phosphorus, at least one C1-C4 dialkyl succinate, acetic acid and a hydrodehydrogenating function comprising at least one element from group VI B and at least one element from group VIII, the Raman spectrum of the catalyst comprising bands at 990 and/or 974 cm-1, characteristic of at least one Keggin heteropolyanion, the characteristic bands of said succinate and the characteristic principal band of acetic acid at 896 cm-1. The invention also concerns the process for preparing the catalyst and its use in hydroconversion.

The present invention describes a hydrocracking and/or hydrotreatment process using a catalyst comprising an active phase containing at least one hydrogenating/dehydrogenating component selected from the group VIB elements and the non-precious elements of group VIII of the periodic table, used alone or in a mixture, and a support comprising at least one dealuminated zeolite Y having an overall initial atomic ratio of silicon to aluminum between 2.5 and 20, an initial weight fraction of extra-lattice aluminum atoms greater than 10%, relative to the total weight of aluminum present in the zeolite, an initial mesopore volume measured by nitrogen porosimetry greater than 0.07 ml&#xb7;gand an initial crystal lattice parameter abetween 24.38 &#x212b; and 24.30 &#x212b;, said zeolite being modified by a) a stage of basic treatment comprising mixing said dealuminated zeolite Y with a basic aqueous solution, and at least one stage c) of thermal treatment.

The present invention relates to a catalyst comprising at least one IZM-2 zeolite, at least one amorphous matrix, at least one hydro-dehydrogenating element selected from the group formed by the elements from group VIB and from group VIII of the periodic table and excluding platinum and palladium. The catalyst also optionally contains a controlled quantity of at least one doping element selected from phosphorus, boron and silicon, optionally at least one element from group VB of the periodic table of the elements, and optionally a group VIIA element. The invention relates to a process for the production of middle distillates from a paraffinic feedstock that is produced by Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, implementing a hydrocracking/hydroisomerization catalyst that comprises at least one hydro-dehydrogenating metal that is selected from the group that is formed by the metals of group VIB and group VIII of the periodic table and a substrate that comprises at least one zeolite that has at least one series of channels of which the opening is defined by a ring with 12 oxygen atoms modified by a) a stage for introducing at least one alkaline cation that belongs to group IA or IIA of the periodic table, b) a stage for treatment of said zeolite in the presence of at least one molecular compound that contains at least one silicon atom, c) at least one stage for partial exchange of said alkaline cations by NHcations such that the remaining content of alkaline cations in the modified zeolite at the end of stage c) is such that the alkaline cation/aluminum molar ratio is between 0.2:1 and 0.01:1, and d) at least one heat treatment stage.

Process for middle distillae production form fischer-tropsch waxes using a modified-zeolite-based catalyst

A catalyst that comprises at least one binder and at least one crystallized material with hierarchized and organized porosity in the fields of microporosity and mesoporosity is described, whereby said crystallized material consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said particles comprising a mesostructured silicon-oxide-based matrix that has a mesopore diameter of between 1.5 and 30 nm and that has microporous and crystallized walls with a thickness of between 1 and 60 nm, whereby said elementary spherical particles have a maximum diameter of 200 microns. Said catalyst is used in a process for oligomerization of an olefinic feedstock that contains hydrocarbon molecules that have 2 to 12 carbon atoms per molecule.

Catalyst based on a crystallized material with hierarchized and organized porosity and its use in oligomerization of light olefins

A process for oligomerization of an olefinic feedstock that contains olefinic hydrocarbon molecules that have 2 to 10 carbon atoms per molecule is described, whereby said process comprises bringing said feedstock into contact with a catalyst that comprises at least one amorphous material with hierarchized and organized porosity and consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said particles comprising a mesostructured silicon-oxide-based matrix that has a mesopore diameter of between 1.5 and 30 nm and that exhibits amorphous and microporous walls with a thickness of between 1 and 50 nm, whereby said elementary spherical particles have a maximum diameter of 200 microns.

A process is described for the production of middle distillates from a paraffinic feedstock wherein the feedstock is subjected to hydrocracking and/or hydro-isomerization in the presence of a hydrocracking/hydro-isomerization catalyst. The catalyst comprises at least one hydro-dehydrogenating metal selected from metals of groups VIB and VIII, and a substrate that comprises at least one dealuminified Y zeolite. The dealuminified Y zeolite is modified by a basic treatment stage wherein the dealuminified Y zeolite is mixed with a basic aqueous solution, and at least one heat treatment stage.

Process for middle distillate production from Fischer-Tropsch waxes using a modified-zeolite-based catalyst by a basic treatment

The present invention describes a method for hydrocracking and/or hydrotreating hydrocarbon-containing feeds using a catalyst comprising at least one hydro-dehydrogenizing metal selected from the group made up of group VIB and non-noble group VIII metals of the periodic table and a support comprising at least one zeolite having at least pore openings containing 12 oxygen atoms, modified by a) at least a stage of introducing at least one alkaline cation belonging to groups IA or IIA of the periodic table, b) a stage of treating said zeolite in the presence of at least one molecular compound containing at least one silicon atom, c) at least one stage of partial exchange of said alkaline cations by NHcations in such a way that the proportion of alkaline cations remaining in the modified zeolite at the end of stage c) is such that the alkaline cation/aluminum molar ratio ranges between 0.2:1 and 0.01:1, and d) at least one thermal treatment stage.

The invention describes a porous composite material that comprises a porous substrate based on a refractory inorganic oxide in which said substrate has a zeolite crystal content that is less than 25% by mass, whereby said crystals are dispersed homogeneously in the pores of said substrate, and the distribution coefficient that is measured by Castaing microprobe is between 0.75 and 1.25, and in which the total pore volume of said substrate represents at least 40% of the initial total pore volume of the substrate, and the mean diameter of the pores represents at least 50% of the mean diameter of the pores of the initial substrate, its process for preparation and its use as catalyst in the hydrocarbon feedstock conversion reactions.
