Alarm triggering device for a security system and method for installing an alarm triggering device

The detection device comprises an electrical power reserve, a voltage regulator configured to regulate the voltage supplied by the electrical power reserve, at least one capacitor charged by the voltage regulator, a detection circuit powered by the capacitor and a switch. The switch is configured to deactivate the regulator when the capacitor's charge is greater than a predefined value, such that the detection circuit is then only supplied with electricity by each said capacitor. The switch can be configured to open the circuit comprising the power reserve upstream of the regulator, and the switch comprises a means of comparing the electrical charge of each capacitor with a predefined value and/or the switch comprises a transistor.

The optical scattering-based smoke detector comprises a scattering zone accessible to the smoke, a printed circuit forming a supporting member and a first and second light reflectors mounted on a common supporting member. An electronic smoke detection unit, a light emitter and a light receiver are mounted on the printed circuit. The receiver is sensitive to at least some of the wavelengths of the light rays emitted by the emitter. The first light reflector facing the emitter to direct the emitted light into a detection zone in the scattering zone. The second light reflector facing the receiver to direct, in the presence of smoke in the scattering zone, the scattered light from the detection zone onto the receiver. A single mechanical part comprises the first and second light reflectors and a link resistant to the passage of the light from the first light reflector to the second light reflector.

An extinguisher identifying device. The device comprises an extinguisher identifying device and an activation device, and a communications module. The extinguisher identifying device reads an identifying element on an extinguisher to obtain identifying data of the extinguisher. The activation device is configured to activate the extinguisher identifying device in response to a predetermined event. The communications module is configured to transmit the extinguisher identifying data to a management device.

The detection device comprises a sensor, a power supply, an alarm and an acousto-electric transducer. The activated acousto-electric transducer receives an acoustic signal and emits an electrical signal representative of the acoustic signal. The detection device further comprises a means of recognizing a predefined acoustic signal according to the electrical signal emitted by the transducer and triggering an emission of a message by the alarm when the predefined acoustic signal is recognized. The acoustic-electric transducer is only activated at regular intervals. Preferably, the transducer also serves an alarm to emit the message when the predefined acoustic signal is recognized.

The present invention relates to a connector with a blade comprising a housing. The housing comprises a lateral opening designed to receive an electric wire, a flexible blade and an opening opposite a free part of the blade. The flexible blade is designed to make contact with the electric wire and to retain the wire by applying pressure on it towards a wall of the housing. The opening has a shape designed to guide the head of a tool and make the head of the tool follow a helical motion. The opening may be threaded and cylindrical and the opening's thread may comprise only one helical groove formed in the wall of the opening.
