A method for producing a pixel of an OLED microscreen includes the steps of: a) providing a substrate having a structured first electrode; b) forming a dielectric layer on the structured first electrode; c) forming openings in the dielectric layer such that the structured first electrode has free areas, d) forming a spacer layer that is transparent and conductive, and includes: a first part extending over the dielectric layer, and a second part extending over the free areas; e) removing the first part of the spacer layer; f) forming a stack of organic light-emitting layers that is configured to emit a white light; and g) forming a second electrode on the stack; step d) being carried out such that the second part of the spacer layer has first, second and third thicknesses that are designed to allow, respectively, the transmission of red, green and blue light.

Method for producing a pixel of an OLED micro-screen

Optical scanner

A scanner provided with a plurality of elementary scanners, especially two elementary scanners, referred to as a first and second scanner respectively. In particular, the first scanner and the second scanner are arranged to scan, each with an optical beam, respectively, a first surface and a second surface included in the first surface and of a smaller extent than the latter.

An electromechanical microsystem including two electromechanical transducers, a first deformable diaphragm and a cavity hermetically containing a deformable medium keeping a constant volume under the action of a change in the external pressure. The first diaphragm forms at least one portion of a first wall of the cavity and has a freely deformable area. The free area cooperates with an external member so that its deformation induces, or is induced by, a movement of the external member. The electromechanical transducers are configured so that a first electromechanical transducer forms a portion of the first wall of the cavity, and a second electromechanical transducer forms at least one portion of the wall opposite to the first wall of the cavity.

Electromechanical microsystem

An electromechanical microsystem including an electromechanical transducer, a deformable diaphragm and a cavity hermetically containing a deformable medium keeping a constant volume under the action of an external pressure change. The deformable diaphragm forms a wall of the cavity and has at least one free area so as to be elastically deformed. The electromechanical transducer is configured so that its movement depends on the change in the external pressure, and vice versa. The free area cooperates with an external member so that its deformation induces, or is induced by, a movement of the external member. Thus, the electromechanical microsystem is adapted to displace the external member or to detect a movement of this member, the electromechanical microsystem includes at least one pin, configured to bear on a peripheral portion of the free area so that a deformation of the free rea causes an inclination of the pin.

A reflector device reflects luminous radiation of wavelength λ. The device is provided with a supporting base whereon are assembled a partially transparent mirror having a partially reflective front face and luminous radiation scattering and/or absorption structure to scatter and/or absorb luminous radiation liable to be transmitted by a rear face, opposite the front face.

The present invention relates to a scanner provided with a vibratory beam on or in which is formed a phased array intended to extract according to either one of two parallel faces of the beam a light radiation that could be emitted by a light source.

A mechanical microsystem including a pair of elastically deformable elements, a mechanical hinge joining the deformable elements together, and at least two electroactive layers. The microsystem is configured such that, from a rest position wherein the deformable elements fall into a plane, a deformation of one of the deformable elements displacing it outside of the plane induces an electric current circulation in one of the two electroactive layers, and/or conversely. Each deformable element has a front face and a rear face opposite one another and substantially parallel to the plane. A first electroactive layer is arranged together with a first deformable element on its rear face, and a second electroactive layer, different from the first layer, is arranged with a second deformable element, different from the first element, on its front face.

Mechanical microsystem and associated manufacturing method

A scanner is provided with a plurality of elementary scanners each able to scan a different surface by means of a light beam. Each elementary scanner comprises a beam, for example a vibrating beam, on or in which a phase-controlled array is formed, intended to extract, at a face of the beam, a light beam able to be emitted by a light source. At least one beam of one of the elementary scanners, referred to as the first scanner, has, at rest, a deflection different from that of the beams of the other elementary scanners. This arrangement enables the first scanner to scan a surface, referred to the first surface, different from that scanned by the other elementary scanners. The optical scanner according to the present invention makes it possible to cover a relatively large surface while keeping appreciable compactness.

A scanner includes at least a support including at least one first movable part, an actuator configured to move the first movable part of the support, and a phased optical grating disposed on the first movable part of the support. The grating includes at least one plurality of optical phase shifters and an optical source coupled to a plurality of optical phase shifters which is able to emit an optical beam coming from the optical source.

A pixel includes, successively a substrate; a reflector that is reflective in the visible spectrum; a spacing layer; a first, transparent electrode; a stack of organic light-emitting layers that is configured to emit a white light; a second, semitransparent electrode that is formed on the stack, the second electrode and the reflector forming an optical resonator; the spacing layer having first, second and third portions, the thicknesses of which are adjusted such that the optical resonator allows, respectively, the transmission of red, green and blue light; noteworthy in that the first and second portions of the spacing layer each include lateral edges that are covered with a material that is reflective in the visible spectrum.

Pixel for an organic light-emitting diode microscreen

A process includes the following successive steps: a) providing a substrate including a structured first electrode; b) forming in succession first and second bilayer stacks on the structured first electrode, each bilayer stack including in succession first and second layers made of first and second materials that are transparent conductive oxides able to be selectively etched; c) etching the second bilayer stack in a zone intended to accommodate a blue subpixel and in a zone intended to accommodate a green subpixel; d) etching the first bilayer stack in the zone intended to accommodate the blue subpixel; e) forming a stack of organic light-emitting layers, the stack being configured to emit white light; f) forming a second electrode on the stack of organic light-emitting layers so as to obtain an optical resonator with the first electrode.

Process for manufacturing a pixel of an OLED micro-display

A device for the transfer of chips from a source substrate onto a destination substrate, including: a source substrate having a lower surface and an upper surface; and a plurality of elementary chips arranged on the upper surface of the source substrate, wherein each elementary chip is suspended above the source substrate by at least one breakable mechanical fastener, said at least one breakable mechanical fastener having a lower surface fastened to the upper surface of the source substrate and an upper surface fastened to the lower surface of the chip.

Device and methods for the transfer of chips from a source substrate onto a destination substrate

An array of mesa photodiodes, including a useful layer of CdHgTe wherein pads are formed. The array includes a first doped zone having a first N or P doping; and second doped zones having a second P or N doping of a different type from that of the first doping, and each extending on an upper region of a pad. The first doped zone includes at least one first region having a first doping density, located at least under each of the pads; and at least one second region, located between two neighboring pads, and having a second doping density higher than the first doping density, each second region being separated from the closest second doped zone by at least one portion of the first region.

Array of mesa photodiodes with an improved MTF

A planar photodiode array including a useful layer made of CdHgTe. The useful layer includes at least two superimposed doped layers, each interface between two doped layers forming a single PN junction; the useful layer has at least one separation region, extending from the upper face of the useful layer, and separating at least two useful volumes while going through the PN junction; and beyond a predetermined depth in the useful layer, the average cadmium concentration in the useful volumes is less than the average cadmium concentration in the separation region.
