A dial plate () for a timepiece is designed to be mounted on a connection ring (), and has a first, lower surface () designed to be oriented towards the interior of a timepiece, an opposite second, upper surface () designed to be on view, and a third surface () connecting the first and second surfaces, forming a peripheral contour of the dial plate. The third, peripheral contour surface () includes a section which passes via a plane perpendicular to the second surface (), this section having a first part () extending from the first, lower surface () to the second, upper surface () of the dial plate (), in a direction which is non-perpendicular to the first, lower surface ().

A process for manufacturing a timepiece component having a first step (E) consisting in arranging a metal insert in an injection mold, one surface of said metal insert being at least partially coated with a primer, a second step (E) of injecting an elastomer material into the injection mold in order to overmold the elastomer material over the metal insert, a third step (E) of vulcanizing the elastomer material, wherein the temperature of the injection mold is variable, and a step (E) of increasing the temperature of the injection mold between a first temperature at a first instant during the injection second step (E), and a second temperature higher than the first temperature at a second instant, during the vulcanization third step (E).

Process for manufacturing an elastomer timepiece component

A timepiece component () for a watch case, notably a bezel, comprising an axis (A), a first ring (), a second ring () and a connecting element () for connecting the first and second rings, the connecting element being elastic and positioned between the first and second rings, the first ring and/or the second ring comprising an element () for retention on the rest of a watch case (), particularly on a watch middle ().

The injection mold has a mold core including a first part and a second part. The parts are mobile relative to one another between a first injection position in which they are moved together to form an injection cavity permitting the injection of a material to form an injected part (′), and a second demolding position in which they are moved away from one another to permit the demolding of the injected part (′). The injection mold has at least one ejector designed to contribute to the demolding, and at least one movable intermediate plate (′), separate from the two parts of the mold core. The intermediate pate is arranged between the two parts of the mold core, and has at least one cutout (′) forming at least one part of the injection cavity of the injection mold.
