The invention relates to a safety binding for skiing, including a toe piece that includes a body mounted to slide vertically relative to a front mounting base connected to the ski and defining an upper stop for a boot; a device for adjusting the vertical position of the body, which can be manipulated by the skier in the area of the upper portion of the body; at least one lever pivotally mounted relative to the body about a substantially vertical axis between a retaining position and a release position of a boot; and a spring mounted transversely in the body and biasing the lever toward its boot-retaining position.

Safety binding for skiing

Safety binding for the practice of ski touring, including a baseplate having a rear end and a front end, the baseplate being adapted to be pivotally mounted relative to a ski; a rear base adapted to be fixed to the ski; a heel lift capable of taking at least a support position in which the heel lift limits the rotation of the baseplate, and a storage position in which the heel lift does not limit the rotation of the baseplate; and a mechanism enabling the baseplate to be alternatively fixed to and released from the rear base. The mechanism includes a locking device capable of switching from a first closed position to a second open position. The binding also includes a release member having an actuation surface adapted to be manipulated by the user, the bias of the actuation surface thereof driving the locking device toward the second open position; and a return member biases the locking device toward their first closed position. The first closed position of the locking device is the only stable position of the mechanism.

Safety binding for ski touring

A roller skate including a frame provided to receive a plurality of wheels; a sole adapted to support the user's shod foot; a heel stiffener; a foot retaining arrangement, capable of being in an open state, which enables insertion of the user's foot and, in a closed state, enables adjustment of the foot retaining arrangement around the user's foot, the foot retaining arrangement including: a forefoot anchoring, an instep anchoring, the forefoot and instep anchorings each having a pivot zone about which the foot retaining arrangement pivots when it is moved between the open and closed states; a forefoot fastening device, an instep fastening device adapted to keep the retaining arrangement in the closed state; and an adjustment mechanism enabling adjustment of the retaining arrangement to the morphology of the user's foot.

Roller skate

A sports boot, particularly for gliding sports, of the type including a rigid sole, an external upper, and a removal liner, the external upper including a first portion made of a rigid and substantially non-flexible material including at least one heel stiffener; a second portion, attached to the first portion and/or to the sole, made of a substantially rigid and flexible material; a third portion attached to the second portion and made of a flexible material. The second portion includes a collar adapted to at least partially surround the user's ankle, and a vamp. The third portion includes a saddle attached to the vamp, and on which a device for tightening the forefoot is arranged. The third portion can also include two flaps attached to the collar, and on which a tightening device is arranged.

System for rapidly linking a boot to a sport article and a skate incorporating such system

Tightening device adjustable on the adjustable parts of a boot in a direction transverse to that of the tightening force that it is capable of exerting by means of a tension lever. It has, on an adjustable part, a tension lever whose baseplate is adjustable in position in a transverse direction by a fastening means and a cutout, which cooperate, respectively, with a succession of fastening points and a boss. On the other adjustable part, a retaining element is guided in translation in a slot which extends parallel to the transverse direction of adjustment of the baseplate, located on the other adjustable part of the boot. The direction of the tightening force is allowed to be modified the direction of the tightening force to be applied on the adjustable parts of the boot.

Boot with tightening device

A boot and a boot closure device adapted to bring two flaps of the boot close together including a control lever borne by a plate affixedly connected to one of the flaps, a rack connected to the other flap including a complementary arrangement for adjusting its position with respect to the lever. The arrangement for adjusting the rack are constituted by an adjustment zone that includes a buttonhole-shaped oblong slot obtained on the flap of the boot and demarcated by two circular end zones connected by a straight portion and whose diameter is equal to that of a locking pin affixed to the rack, and provided with a flat portion that is oriented perpendicular to the rack longitudinal displacement axis. The rack can be displaced, in view of its adjustment, from one end to the other of the buttonhole, after a rotation at 90.degree. with respect to its longitudinal axis, to allow for its free sliding in the straight portion of the buttonhole, and locked in either one of the circular end zones by a 90.degree. rotation in the opposite direction, bringing it back to a position where the flat portion of the pin is oriented perpendicular to the oblong slot.
