Booklet binding member

A sealing strip on a release layer is disclosed. The release layer can include an envelope with walls cooperatively enclosing a pocket with an opening. The envelope can include a closure flap pivotable to close the envelope. A first location of the envelope can include a sealing strip releasably adhered to the envelope (or a release layer on the envelope). This sealing strip can be removable from the first location and placeable in a second location overlapping the closure flap in the closed position and an adjacent portion of an envelope wall. The sealing strip can include an adhesive capable of adhering to the closure flap and adjacent portion of the second wall for securing the closure flap in the closed position. The sealing strip can include a removable grasping tab connected by a weakened area. The sealing strip can be provided on a release layer independent of an envelope.

Envelope seal strip

A binding member, including a first disk ring portion configured for reception in a binding recess of a sheet member. The first disk ring portion can have an inner surface that faces radially inward for engaging and retaining a first binding protrusion of a sheet member for binding the sheet member. The first disk ring portion can be configured for allowing the bound sheet members to slide around the first disk ring portion while retaining the engagement. The binding member can also have an axial extension member associated with the first disk ring portion and extending generally in an axial direction with respect thereto.

Connected disk binding mechanism

An adjustable binding system with a binding portion that can bind together papers, dividers, a backing, and other material. The binding portion can open and close to facilitate organizing, adding, removing, etc. The binding portion can have hinged parts that connect mating pairs of binding elements, such as protrusions inserted into hole-punched paper, and connected to another element to form a binding within the binding portion. The binder can have a minimal profile to provide a customizable binder with the feel of a disposable notepad.

Sortable notepad

A highlighter strip including adhesive to form a removable bond with a substrate, constructed from a translucent and colored material. The highlighter strip can be affixed over writing or other markings, which highlights the indicia that remains legible. One or both ends of the strip can omit the adhesive, thereby providing a grabbing portion to facilitate removal from an initial position and optionally subsequent positions. The strip can be included in a set of strips affixed to each other and optionally affixed to another base; such as a notebook, binder, or other entity where one would expect writing, text, or other indicia requiring highlighting.

Movable highlight strip

An envelope having an envelope wall member including first and second envelope walls that cooperatively enclose a pocket space and define therebetween a pocket opening to the pocket space, the envelope wall including a surface that defines a recess and a sealing strip that includes an adhesive releasably adhering the strip to the envelope wall member within the recess. The adhesive is capable of adhering the strip to the envelope wall to seal the envelope closed.
