Implant systems and related methods for joining bone and/or tissue portions is disclosed. The implant systems include a first flexible anchor tube comprising a first annular side wall defining a first internal cavity, a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end, and a second flexible anchor tube comprising a second annular side wall defining a second internal cavity, a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end. The implant systems also comprise at least one suture that passes through the first and second side walls a plurality of times. The at least one suture extends along a pattern that prevents the second anchor tube from translating along the at least one suture and allows the first anchor tube to translate along the at least one suture toward the second anchor tube when first and second end portions of the at least one suture are tensioned.

Soft tissue implant systems, instruments and related methods

The present disclosure relates to a tibial osteotomy system. The system includes a base plate configured to interface with the tibia which includes a body with a first pair of apertures configured to receive a first pair of stabilization elements, a first end with a first aperture, and a second end with a second aperture. The system also includes a measuring arm coupled with the first end of the base plate via the first aperture and having a third aperture aligned with the first aperture to receive a first screw, and a cut guide pivotably coupled with the second end of the base plate via the second aperture and having a fourth aperture aligned with the second aperture to receive a second screw therein. The cut guide also has a slot, a measurement flag releasably couplable within the slot, and a protrusion configured to receive a second stabilization element.

Tibial osteotomy system, instruments, and related methods

Implants, guides, devices, system and corresponding instruments for use in securing two bone segments together are disclosed. More specifically, a dynamic bone plate system is disclosed. The plate system includes a bone plate with at least one deformable member that is received within the bone plate. The bone plate construct also includes at least one coupling member for engaging the at least one deformable member to connect it to the bone plate system. The bone plate system also includes a plurality of bone fasteners for attaching the bone plate to the two bone segments. Methods for using the dynamic bone plate system to secure two bone segments together are also disclosed.
