Human machine interface for a softstarter

An interlocking mechanism for interlocking a first and a second low voltage switching devices, wherein each of the switching devices includes a movable contact part, a stationary contact part and, an actuating unit for operating the movable contact part in a direction and making connection or disconnection with the stationary contact part. The interlocking mechanism includes a first and a second housing connected to each other, a first and a second sliding bar. The first sliding bar is arranged on the first housing and connects to the actuating unit of the first switching device. The second sliding bar is arranged on the second housing and connects to the actuating unit of the second switching device. A sliding plane is defined and has a X- and Y-axis, the Y-axis being defined in the direction of motion of the actuating unit of the switching devices.

Interlocking mechanism for switching devices

An auxiliary contact block for a low voltage contactor, wherein the contactor has a side wall including first and second recesses. The auxiliary contact block includes a first and a second housing, connected in parallel to each other, an actuation nipple extending out from the second housing, and a connecting mechanism for connecting the auxiliary contact block to the contactor. The connecting mechanism includes a snap-fit element for locking the auxiliary contact block to the contactor when it is at a latched position and being adapted to engage in the second recess provided on the side wall of the contactor, and a releasing member for unlocking the snap-fit element to an unlatched position and including a releasing bar arranged for receiving a pressing force. The releasing member is arranged on the second housing and further includes a wedge element connected to the pressing element.

Auxiliary contact block

A contactor has a frame including a base unit, a coil provided on the base unit and including input terminals, and a module including a circuit board for electrically controlling the coil, the circuit board including input terminals for power supply and output terminals for providing an electrical connection to the coil. The contactor further includes a fastening device arranged for mechanically and electrically connecting one of the output terminals to a corresponding input terminal of the coil, and the module is designed such that the fastening device connects the output terminal of the circuit board to the input terminal of the coil while at the same time the module is connected to the frame.

Contactor

A mechanical switching device including a base member, at least one pair of elongated conductor members mounted on the base member, each conductor member including a conductor end, wherein the conductor ends of the pair of conductor members are separated by a gap, a middle member mounted on the base member, a switch member including a stationary part and a movable part, the movable part including a conductor bridge. The stationary part includes a protruding member protruding away from the direction of displacement of the conductor bridge, wherein the base member, the conductor members, the middle member and the stationary part of the switch member are attached together by means of at least one attachment arrangement formed in the base member, the middle member and the protruding member.

Switching device

A contactor has two contact elements () each having a contact member () adapted to bear with the contact side () thereof against a said contact side of the other contact member for enabling an electric current to flow between said to contact elements. The contact sides of both contact members are provided with serration's () extending so that elongated ridge-like peaks () of serration's of one said contact side intersect such peaks of the other said contact side while forming a plurality of spots of mutual contact of these contact sides distributed over the area of said contact sides.
