A pole cover is provided for receiving and guiding a winding on a rotor of an electric motor, comprising multiple segments which extend in a radial direction to a center axis of the pole cover, wherein the segments receive a partial region of the winding of the electric motor, and wherein each of the segments includes a winding region to receive the winding and a segment connection region for connecting to other segments, wherein the winding region and the segment connection region border on each other and the segment connection region is situated closer to the center axis than the winding region. The segment connection regions extend at least partially in the circumferential direction about the center axis and each segment connection region protrudes, in the circumferential direction about the center axis, beyond the adjoining winding region. Multiple decoupling regions are also provided, each being situated between two segment connection regions in the circumferential direction about the center axis. An electric motor having such a pole cover and a method for producing a pole cover are also provided.

A star disc has integrated current busbars for the interconnecting of rotor windings. A rotor may comprise the star disc, and a method may comprise producing the rotor.

Rotor for an externally excited synchronous machine

A rotor for an electric machine, comprising a rotor shaft and a laminated core arranged on it, comprising multiple metal plates arranged in axial succession and lying against each other, as well as at least one coolant duct running through the laminated core, wherein the laminated core is axially clamped by at least one clamping means, wherein the clamping means shoved onto the rotor shaft comprises at least one axially braced spring element and at least one tolerance compensation disk.

An electric machine has a stator and a rotor arranged on a hollow shaft and able to turn relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, wherein the hollow shaft comprises, in a shaft casing, at least one shaft exit opening for coolant supplied to a shaft interior space of the hollow shaft. A cover element is arranged next to the rotor on the hollow shaft, in which is formed a fluid duct comprising a fluid duct inlet and a fluid duct outlet, wherein the fluid duct inlet overlaps with the shaft exit opening and the fluid duct outlet overlaps with a coolant duct inlet of a coolant duct reaching through the rotor in the axial direction relative to the axis of rotation, having a coolant duct outlet on its side opposite the coolant duct inlet, through which the coolant emerges from the rotor.

Electric machine

A rotor for an electric machine, having a laminated core, which is arranged on a shaft and provided with magnets. Multiple individual adjoining plates pushed onto a shaft or of partial laminated cores having multiple plates have a central borehole accommodating the shaft. At least a part of the plates or partial laminated cores are pushed onto the shaft pivoted by a predetermined pivot angle (&#x3b1;). Every plate or partial laminated core includes multiple coolant passages arranged distributed around the center (Z) of the borehole. The angle offset of two adjacent coolant passages corresponds to the pivot angle (&#x3b1;).
