A pump device () is provided comprising: a shaft (), rotor means () fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction, said rotor means () having pressure chambers () the volume of which varying during a rotation of said rotor means (), port plate means () having a through going opening () for each of said pressure chambers () and being connected to said rotor means () in rotational direction, and valve plate means () cooperating with said port plate means (). It is intended to pressurize a high volume of fluid, in particular water, within a limited space. To this end said rotor means () comprise a first rotor () and at least a second rotor (), both rotors being fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction, said first rotor () having at least a first pressure chamber () and said second rotor () having at least a second pressure chamber (), said port plate means () having a first port plate () and at least a second port plate (), said first port plate () having a through going opening () for said first pressure chamber () and being connected to said first rotor () in rotational direction, said second port plate () having a through going opening () for said second pressure chamber () and being connected to said second rotor () in rotational direction, said valve plate means () having a first valve plate () and at least a second valve plate (), said first valve plate () cooperating with said first port plate (), and said second valve plate () cooperating with said second port plate (), wherein at least one of said first rotor () and said second rotor () comprises force generating means () pressing said second port plate () against said second valve plate () even in absence of hydraulic pressure in said second pressure chamber ().

Pump device

A pump arrangement () is provided comprising a driving shaft (), cylinder drum means () fixed to said shaft () in rotational direction and having a plurality of cylinders (), and a piston () in each cylinder, each piston () having a slide shoe () in contact with driving surface means (). Such a pump arrangement should produce a pressure with low undulations. To this end said cylinder drum means () comprise at least a first cylinder drum () and a second cylinder drum (), said cylinder drums () being fixed to said common shaft () in rotational direction, wherein the cylinder drums () are offset with respect to each other in rotational direction.

Pump arrangement

The invention concerns a vane cell machine with a stator and a rotor having radially displaceable vanes arranged in guides, said vanes bearing on an inside of the stator and bordering, together with the rotor, the stator and a side wall, work chambers at each axial end of the rotor. It is endeavored to provide a vane cell machine that has a good internal tightness, in which the wear is still kept small. For this purpose, in a radially internal area the side wall comprises an insert that is axially movable in the side wall and has a pressure application surface axially inside and axially outside.

The invention concerns a vane cell machine having a stator and a rotor that is made of a first material, the rotor having guides comprising radially displaceable vanes that rest on an inside of the stator and border work chambers at each axial end of the rotor together with the rotor, the stator and individual stationary side walls, the vanes having, at least at some contact faces with the rotor and the stator, a second material that interacts unfrictionally with the first material. It is endeavoured to keep the wear small. For this purpose, in a radially inner area, the side wall comprises a surface of a third material interacting unfrictionally with the first material and, in a radially outer area a surface made of the first material.

Vane cell machine

Motor start circuit for an induction motor, particularly a single-phase AC induction motor, with a main winding () and an auxiliary winding (), which are supplied with current, particularly alternating current, via current supply connections (), and with a start switching device () serving the purpose of interrupting the current flow through the auxiliary winding () after the start of the motor, the start switching device () being connected to a control device () via a connector (), the control device () being connected between the current supply connections (), and with a winding protection switch (), which is normally closed and which opens on the occurrence of a fault. The invention is characterized in that the control device () is connected to the winding protection switch () via at least one further connector (), preferably via at least one further connector () and the auxiliary winding ().

Water hydraulic machine

The invention concerns a hydraulic axial piston machine () with a cylinder body (), at least one piston () to be axially displaceable in the cylinder body (), said piston () resting on a swash plate () by way of a slide shoe (), with a pressure plate () loading the slide shoe () in the direction of the swash plate (), and a hold-down part (), which bears with a contact surface () on a counter surface () of the pressure plate() facing away from the swash plate (). It is endeavored to operate the machine with as little wear as possible. For this purpose, it is ensured that the contact surface () is formed by a circumferential surface section of a cone, whose peak () is directed towards the swash plate ().

Hydraulic axial piston machine

The invention concerns a water-hydraulic machine with at least two mutually movable parts, of which one has a surface of a plastic material with friction-reducing properties. In such a machine it is desired to enable the use of demineralised water. For this purpose, it is ensured that a layer of a carbon-containing material is arranged between the plastics material and the other part.

Water-hydraulic machine

Hydraulic vane machine with a rotor having several radially movable vanes, and with a stator having a stator bore, in which the rotor is arranged rotatably, and whose internal wall is made as a guiding contour on which the vanes bear, and with a sideplate arrangement on each axial front side of rotor and stator, which define the vane cells together with the rotor, the vanes and the stator. In such a machine an improvement of the operation behaviour is desired. For this purpose, the sideplate arrangements are fixed on the rotor and rotate together with the rotor in relation to the stator.

Hydraulic vane machine

Hydraulic vane machine with a stator having a stator bore with a guiding contour, a rotor arranged in the stator bore and having substantially radially movable vanes bearing on the guiding contour, and a shaft connected fixedly rotatable with the rotor via a coupling. In such a machine the operation behaviour must be improved. For this purpose the coupling has a transmission element located horizontally with the shaft being vertical. The transmission element is radially displaceable relative to the shaft in one direction and is laterally displaceable relative to the rotor in a second direction.

A hydraulic vane machine has a rotor, in which several vanes are arranged radially movable, and a stator having a stator bore, whose wall is made as a guiding contour on which the vanes bear. It is intended to prolong the life of such a machine, even when the machine is operated with a poorly lubricating hydraulic fluid, such as water. For this purpose at least one vane has a wearing surface on the end bearing on the guiding contour. Further, a channel arrangement is provided between high pressure and low pressure sides of the vane, which channel is blocked as long as the wearing surface has a predetermined thickness, and opened when the wearing surface is thinner than the predetermined thickness.
