A submersible pump assembly includes an electric motor () and a centrifugal pump, which is driven by the electric motor (). A rotor () formed of plastic or composite material which is manufactured in the extrusion or pultrusion method.

Method for manufacturing a can

A submersible downhole pump () includes an elongate pump unit () defining a longitudinal pump axis (L) and a pump unit diameter (D), and at least one cable lug () for attaching a cable. The at least one cable lug () is connected to the pump unit () and pivotable around a pivot axis (P) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (L) between a defined first position and a defined second position. The at least one cable lug () is positioned, in the first position, fully within the pump unit diameter (D). In the second position, the at least one cable lug () is positioned at least partially protruding outside the pump unit diameter (D).

Submersible downhole pump

An electric motor with a stator housing () and with an electronics housing (), has a first section (A) of the electronics housing arranged on the radial side of the stator housing (), and a fan () arranged on a first axial end () of the stator housing (). The electronics housing () extends in the axial direction (X) beyond the first axial end () of the stator housing in a manner such that a second section (B) of the electronics housing (), in whose inside at least one first heat-producing electronic component () is arranged, is situated on the radial side of the fan (). A pump assembly with such an electric motor is also provided.

Fan cooled dual-compartment electronic housing for an electric motor

An electric motor with an electronics housing () includes a removable cover () as well as an operating unit. The operating unit includes an operating panel () fastened on the cover (). The cover () with the operating panel () is connectable to a lower part () of the electronics housing () in at least two alternative alignments. A pump assembly is also provided with such an electric motor.

Electrical motor

The inventive rotational direction indicator for an electric motor having a cooling fan has a baffle element movable between two positions and which can be arranged on an electric motor with a cooling fan in such a way that the baffle element is positioned in an airstream of the cooling fan whose direction depends on the rotational direction of the electric motor. The baffle element is respectively moved into one of its two positions by the electric motor as a function of the direction of the airstream. The rotational direction indicator has a display unit designed to visually indicate the position of the baffle element and can be arranged on an outer side of the electric motor. The rotational direction indicator has a display actuating unit which connects the display unit and baffle element to one another, and transmits the position of the baffle element to the display unit.
