Methods and systems for rules-based data access are described. In some embodiments, a request for access to customer data by a requesting entity is received; the data is categorized; the person's preferences with respect to allowing access to data are compiled; a requesting entity is determined; and the providing entity that collected each requested data item is determined. Data shareability rules are evaluated based on the policies that regulate the access of the customer data and the requesting entity, and the customer data is provided to the requesting entity according to the evaluation.

Rules-based data access systems and methods

A computing system of an organization receives data through multiple channels of communication; a programmatic interface for each of the different channel infrastructures may be called to convert data about a user's contact with the system. Contact records for contain data such as a user ID and a channel identifier. An operational database may receive the converted contact records from the devices or software. A transaction application may perform various tasks resulting in the generation of transaction data. A transaction record containing the transaction data may be generated in a message queue or operational database. The interface for the communication channel may convert the transaction data in a message queue, after the transaction data is detected by a listening application that monitors the message queue and logs new transaction data to the operational database.

Member activity across channels

Extract, transform, and load application (ETL) complexity management framework systems and methods are described herein. The present disclosure describes systems and methods that reduce the complexity in managing ETL flow and correcting errant data that is subsequently identified. One or more methods include defining an ETL job definition, defining a data asset definition, defining a data asset dependency definition, receiving an ETL flow to provide execution of one or more ETL flow steps, providing retrieval of data from a source data asset, applying a data control to the source asset data, and producing an ETL job registration, a data asset status, a latest asset available date, a data asset consumer identifier, and a target data asset based on at least one of the ETL job definition, the data asset definition, the data dependency definition, and the source asset data.

In one embodiment, a method of batch processing electronic data is provided. The method includes identifying one or more batch processing features common to a plurality of batch processing applications. The method also includes defining software code for managing execution of the common batch processing features, integrating the software code into at least one of the batch processing applications, and defining and taking one or more checkpoints. Moreover, the method includes retrieving input data in response to control data, processing at least a portion of the input data, determining the time of an error in response to the error during processing, retrieving data stored at the most recent one of the checkpoints, and processing at least a portion of the retrieved checkpoint data.

System and method for processing electronic data

A method, apparatus and system to derive salutations. User information for a user is accessed. A title salutation is selectively generated for the user when the user has a title identified within the user information and the use of the title has not been overridden, and another salutation has not been generated for the user. A military salutation is selectively generated for the user when the user has a military rank and a military title identified within the user information, the user is not separated from a military organization, a rank of the user has not been suppressed, and another salutation has not been generated for the user. A gender salutation is generated for the user when another salutation has not been generated for the user and the user information is in an acceptable format.
