A wagon having a basket within which a variety of articles and/or children are transported. A pair of fold-down seats are located inside the basket of the wagon on which small children can be seated. The fold-down seats are rotatable from a vertical upright position when children are seated to a horizontal flat position when no children are being transported by the wagon. Each seat has a lock that is releasably received within a catch so that the seat is held in its vertical upright position. An adjustable wagon transport handle to which a pushing or pulling force is applied is detachably connected to the front of the wagon. The wagon transport handle carries a lock by which the handle can be held in an axially extended position at which the length thereof is increased.

An adjustable-height folding table adapted to be expanded to an unfolded configuration when being used and collapsed to a compact folded configuration when not being used for purposes of transport or storage. The folding table has a first plurality of legs extending between the table top and a corresponding plurality of footpads and a second plurality of legs that are pivotally coupled to respective ones of the footpads. The second plurality of legs are rotatable relative to the footpads between a first position extending downwardly from the footpads and away from the top of the table and a second position extending upwardly from the footpads and towards the table top. The second plurality of legs are rotated to lay on the ground in their first position, and the footpads lay on the ground when the second plurality of legs are rotated to their second position.

A bone-conduction speaker unit including a resilient metallic voice screen having a plurality of substantially equally spaced locking elements around a periphery thereof, coupling with a yoke supporting a centered magnet within a magnetic ring, the voice screen and yoke being above a metal cover of a housing to which a bone-conduction speaker so formed is affixed.

A patio chair incorporating frame having pairs of crossed front, rear and side legs, and with front and rear connectors for stabilizing the chair or lounger when opened and for collapsing the chair to a compact package when closed, and with compressible pins and slide locks on the side legs to be captured by snap action in forming a positive locking securement against accidental closing, and against forced closing by small children.

A foot rest for a reclining beach chair or lounger having either 1-piece or 2-piece fabric seat liner constructions, including a pair of forwardly extending tubular arms fastened to front pad connectors of such casual seating, and secured together along their lengths in defining the foot rest which receives the fabric liner constructions.

An arm rest for a reclining beach chair or lounger which automatically adjusts in length as the lounger is adjusted between its straight-up position and its most reclining position&mdash;in a first embodiment of which, the arm rest is of two sections joinable one to another at spaced locations, and in a second embodiment of which the arm rest is of an overlying length joined by an S-clip clasp selectively positionable within apertures defining the lengths associated within individual chair reclining positions.

In a reclining lounger, patio chair or cot which folds to a collapsed condition, a pillow which fits within an empty slot therein when collapsed attaches to the back of the fabric seat liner, preferably with one attaching strip being fixedly secured to the liner so as to keep the pillow from becoming lost in use, and with a second attaching strip being detachably coupled with the liner to allow for securement of the pillow to the liner in resting one's head and to fold the pillow into such empty slot in facilitating storage and transport when the lounger, chair or cot is collapsed.

A sunshade for casual seating of the type including a reclining beach chair or lounger, a patio chair and a cot, each of which is collapsible to a compact package, in which a sunshade canopy fixed with a fabric covering is secured in a manner to be collapsible along with the casual seating when the seating is closed to a compact package, and in which the canopy can be rotated open to an angle either horizontal to the ground or tilted to the ground, being then secured in position by a pin which restrains wind gusts from blowing the canopy upwardly.

A cot incorporating a frame having pairs of crossed front, rear and side legs, and with connectors for stabilizing the cot when opened and for collapsing the cot to a compact package when closed, with front pad and rear pad connectors, and with front and rear connectors being configured with generally perpendicular walls to apertures of which upper and lower ends of rear legs, front legs and side legs are pivotally connected, and with one front connector and one rear connector each including a notch within which the upper end of a front crossed leg and the upper end of a rear crossed leg are arranged to glide in opening and closing the cot, and to which an upper end of two crossing side legs are pivotally connected, for automatically folding its fabric liner as the cot is being collapsed.

A patio chair incorporating a frame having left and right hand rests and pairs of crossed front, rear and side legs, and with connectors for stabilizing the chair when opened and for collapsing the chair to a compact package when closed, with front pad and rear pad connectors, and with rear connectors, being configured with generally perpendicular walls to apertures of which upper and lower ends of both rear legs and one side leg are pivotally connected, and with front connectors including a notch within which the upper end of both front crossed legs are arranged to glide in forming the support for the hand rests, and to which an upper end of the other side leg is also pivotally connected, for automatically folding the hand rests as the chair is being collapsed.

A reclining beach chair incorporating a frame having pairs of crossed front, rear and side legs, with each leg including a pair of bends in opposing directions in bringing the seat level of the chair closer to the ground, and with connectors for the legs and a tilt-locking mechanism for stabilizing the chair and positively fixing it at the reclining angle set when opened or folded, and for collapsing the chair to a compact package when closed.
